This home is a completely renovated home at the top of Seven Devils featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room. A huge covered deck for taking in the views and entertaining. This home sleeps 12 and includes a second kitchen on the lower level for convenience and cooking flexibility. The deck off the main floor boasts a large hot tub, outdoor TV, bar area, live edge bar top on the railing, dining tables, and multiple chairs for relaxing. The home is perfect for people working remotely.

The space:
Two fireplaces (one in the living room and one in the Master Bedroom) will keep you warm during cool weather. The great room features a beautiful rock fireplace, large beams, a wood ceiling, granite kitchen counters with bar top seating, and a custom-made wood dining table. 5 O'Clock Somewhere also has a nice backyard, big enough for tossing a ball or throwing a frisbee! Lower-level patio seating and dining is also a plus. You will find a pool table and dart board in the garage. The driveway is flat, and the home is accessed by only a few small steps.

Guest access:
You will have private access to the entire home. You will be provided with a unique guest access code that will be good for the course of your stay. Codes are unique to each guest and will activate at check-in time on your day of arrival.

Other things to note
1) NO PETS ALLOWED. A ring doorbell has been installed to monitor for violations.
2) During winter months a 4WD or AWD with chains, winter tires or all season tires is required. The town of Seven Devils will issue fines for violations. The home's view is fabulous at approximately 5k in elevation but the roads are narrow and winding. The roads are treated but snow storms can come on quickly. Drivers should be prepared to drive in snow and ice.
