Tiny & Cute Houghton Lake Cottage With Dock, Pontoon Boat & Golf Cart

Cute, tiny, very clean and recently remodeled houghton lake cottage. This cottage is only 525 square feet. It is a 100 yard walk down to the shared 150 feet of lake front access with a shared dock. The cottage offers an outdoor gazebo with lights, sealing fan, heater and 42in smart TV. There is a bonfire pit and lots of space for kids to play in the front and back yards. The house has one bedroom with a queen bed and smart tv. there is a set of bunkbeds off the living room and kitchen. the living room has a pull out sleeper sofa in it that will sleep two people. The cottage has air conditioning. There is a bar two streets away with outside live music in the afternoon and evenings in the summer. There’s a great park on the lake a 1/4 mile from the house with a play ground and great beach for the kids. There is putt-putt, batting cages, go-carts, ice cream parlor and boat rental a mile from the cottage. This is a great vacation cottage for a small family or a couples getaway. Houghton lake offers great beaches, fishing, swimming and is an all sports lake.

Pontoon boat: the boat can be rented for an additional fee of $150 a day. renters must add their own insurance to the boat and send proof of insurance before there stay. The boat will be full of gas and must be returned with a full tank of gas or guest must pay to fill it.

golf cart: can be rented for an additional fee of $50 a day. its great for driving back and forth to the lake with kids and supplies. Also great for driving back and forth to the park and bar with are both a couple blocks away.
