This is a beautiful home in a wonderful location! We enjoyed opening the porch doors all the way for indoor/outdoor living. The bikes were in great condition. We would love to come back.

Amazing experience . Beautiful home

This was a milestone birthday trip. Absolutely gorgeous home. 360 blue handled a small hiccup with speed and professionalism. I was blown away with the accommodations. Plenty of room, spacious bedrooms and baths . Kitchen was beautiful. Exceptional location. Loved the humidity control boxes to help with the steamy Florida heat. The master shower was my favorite part of the house. Definitely want to rent this property again and I highly recommend. For those that wish to go to the beach, I recommend taking advantage of the 360 blue umbrella and beach chair rental. Made beach trips super easy with zero hassle.

Wonderful beach vacation

This property was perfect for our beach vacation. The back porch is amazing and was a great place to hang out during rainy weather. The provided beach gear was very useful, and this home had so many great amenities.

Overall good experience

The house was beautiful - especially the screened porches.! The check in process was not stellar. We did arrive about 45 minutes early and no one was cleaning at that point. When I called they said it hadnā€™t been checked so we couldnā€™t go in. We sat for the 45 minutes and no one came to the house. When we used the code we got in. There was no need for us to wait. About 2 hours later someone came to change a light bulb. That was the delay! Totally not necessary. The floors were not cleaned well but the rest of the house was fine. Overall it was good but not great. We have stayed at other homes that were better maintained.

September 2021 Stay

Hereā€™s the breakdown: Initial booking was hard. Phones constantly have issues or incredibly long wait times. Finally used a chat feature. Very difficult to reach 360 by phone. Had to figure out all the buttons to push on the app to submit a call. The day we were due to arrive, we got a call saying the master shower was leaking but were told the tub had a shower too. There was a lot of confusion over the issue. Upon arrival, the house REAKED of cigarettes smoke. A chair in the living room had a giant rip in it. All were reported immediately. Someone had turned the hot water heater up to 180 degrees so someone had to come and turn it down. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The location was perfect. It was very quiet with an easy walk to the pool. Since we were first timers to Watercolor, we didnā€™t know all the things. Shuttle service to the beach was in season but no special days mentioned so getting to the beach or beach club meant getting in the car. We had a fabulous time overall. Word limit reache

The Best Back Porch in Watercolor

We loved the kitchen, LR, and back porch. Our family of 8 stayed there comfortably. Modern design and European flair. Clean home and it was just as advertised.

Very pleased!

Overall we were very extremely pleased with our stay. The house was clean, had all of the necessary kitchen supplies, and the beds were comfortable. The accordion doors that opened to the screened-in porch were amazing and utilized throughout our stay. If I were to suggest one improvement for the house, I think it is time to change out the slipcovers on the furniture. They are stained. The management company's app was extremely helpful. All necessary information was at our fingertips. My only request would be to have better access to the map of the community. While it is available on the app it is difficult to enlarge for printing purposes.

When something is broken, fix it or remove it. The house smells like cigars. Our clothes stink of cigars after staying in the house. We have been staying at Watercolor for 18 years. We will not rent this house again, unless the cigar smell is fixed.

Smith 2019 Family Vacation

We had a perfect stay at 415 West Lake Forest! What a perfect house!! Large screened in porch with plenty of seating, a fireplace, and a tv! The porch is surrounded by trees so you have total privacy! The open living room/kitchen/dining room was perfect for our family while watching our 1 year old explore. The beds and bedding felt like you were sleeping on clouds, and the showers and tubs were INSANE! This was a staycation, and we couldnā€™t have been happier! All of the homes features and amenities were top notch! Not to mention, you have TWO pools within walking distance! Thank you 360 Blue for your continued INCREDIBLE service!! We couldnā€™t ask to be paired with a better rental company; they truly make you feel like royalty while on vacation. BEST HOUSE AND BEST SERVICE FROM 360 BLUE!

Proffitt PR Holiday Stay-cay!

We had a fabulous time at this stunning 360 Blue property located in the peaceful community of WaterColor. From the moment we got there, we felt so special and so spoiled. The gift bags were the perfect treat to kick off our stay for the weekend! The rooms were clean, spacious and not to mention well decorated. The living space was just big enough for all of us girls and the large chefs kitchen connected to the living room, made for the perfect central space to gather together. We loved sitting outside on the screened in porch, cozying up by the fireplace, and reminiscing on our year together at Proffitt PR. It was hard to leave this gorgeous house behind, but we will for sure be back in the near future! Thank you so much for the incredible hospitality and for hosting our company stay-cation. We couldn't have picked a better place to get away, relax, and unwind.

Great stay at 415 W Forest Lake. The layout of the house is wonderful...great open floor plan. It was a nice touch to be able to walk in to music and a few lights in the house welcoming us! A small request to improve renters impression...wine and champagne glasses and some stainless bowls were dirty. Would recommend a bit more attention to cleaning kitchen ware before a guest arrives. Other than that...it is a beautiful home with s VERY convenient location!

We had a great time in this lovely house! We enjoyed coffee on the porches and the kids enjoyed tossing the football around out there too when it rained. The master bathroom shower is a little strange. All else was great!
