Beautifully Updated Country Home

This house is a spacious home that will suit the whole family. It also has outdoor living space and a pool. Your will enjoy the quiet country feel yet close to outdoor events and entertainment. Our breezeway gives you a great view of the Cocolamus dam, farming fields and a passing by amish horse and buggy. There is also access to the garage where there are extra fishing poles, yard games and bicycles to use during your stay.
The space
This is a 2 story, newly remodeled home. The first floor has a half bath just off of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes and more. There is plenty of dish-ware to serve your entire group. Enjoy sitting at our 2 seater coffee bar where you can participate in kitchen or dining room conversation. The dining room features a table sitting 6-8 guests comfortably. Just off of the dining room you will find the living room. There is a love seat with 2 electric recliners, a sofa with 2 electric recliners and a matching chair. You will find a second living room which sits 4-5 people. There is a desk in this room as well as a piano. It also has plenty of games, puzzles and books to choose from.

Our country home is handicapped accessible. You will find a stair chair that will assist those that need help getting to the second floor. Once on the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a full bath:
Bedroom 1 has 1 king bed, TV, dresser and a full-length mirror.
Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, TV, dresser
Bedroom 3 has1 bunk bed (twin over full), 1 single bed, dresser, TV. This room sleeps 4 children.
Each bedroom has an extra pair of bed linens and blankets.
The bathroom is very spacious, including a double sink, walk in shower with seat and fully stocked with towels and washcloths.

The home has a front porch featuring a panoramic view of the Cocolamus mill and dam. Enjoy the scenery as you sit on our front porch swing. Or, feel free to sit more comfortably on our breezeway which brings an enjoyable summer breeze. Gas grill available on the back porch.
