🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a pet fee applies for up to two pets with no weight limit. Groups traveling with more than two pets will be charged an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please reach out to us before your stay if you plan to bring pets.

If you`re particularly sensitive to insects, this may not be the best fit, but nature lovers will feel right at home! 🌺🌲

This property is located in Tropical Florida near water and surrounded by natural vegetation. Due to the tropical climate, it is normal to occasionally see insects common to the area, including Florida bugs, palmetto roaches, and small pests. If you are highly sensitive or uncomfortable with this natural aspect of Florida living, this property may not be the right fit for you.
