The space
The owners have fully remodeled this home from the bare studs. Every door, window, and appliance is BRAND NEW! This cute little cabin sits on a nearly 10k square foot grassy lot and boasts some great hilltop lake views. The back of the property rests against a small, wooded area and provides some shade and seclusion. The sounds of the local wildlife will have you napping in the 8ft outdoor swinging daybed in minutes. Originally this cabin was going to be a flip, but the medicinal effects of the lake air were too much to part with!
This space is Professionally cleaned, and all linens are provided. The kitchen has an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee bar in addition to all new soft close cabinetry. A large tile walk in shower with his and hers built in niches for hair and body products.

A 600-foot public swimming beach is located on the northwest side of the lake. Facilities include a bathhouse with changing booths and showers.

BOATING
Boats with motors up to 9.9 horsepower are permitted on the lake. Launching ramps and seasonal dock rentals are available. Boat rentals are available from a privately-owned marina on the south side of the lake.

FISHING
The lake is well stocked with bass, bluegill, crappie, perch, catfish and more. A valid Ohio fishing license is required.
