Welcome to our beautiful recently-renovated Victorian apartment. With modern amenities your should feel comfortable the moment you open the door. With a kitchen, full refrigerator, washer and dryer, modern lighting, smart television, fast Wifi Internet, and a convenient location to the major hospitals in New Orleans, this is an ideal place for a few months for your work and a place to enjoy the food and music of New Orleans. The neighborhood is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, including a Whole Food, blocks away.
House Layout
You enter the property with your own entrance from the front of the house. The apartment includes a kitchen/living room from the front door and then proceeds to the bedroom with plenty of closet space, to the utility room separated from the bedroom and then to the bathroom.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and a quartz countertop. There is also a coffee maker with half and half available.
Appliances
There is a booklet within the unit that shows the ins and outs of running utensils and the heater/AC, including the Wifi name and password.
Parking
Free parking is on the street. There is no need for permits and there is ample parking within the neighborhood.
Streaming Services
The television is a smart TV with Roku and several available sites for streaming.

There are dozens of restaurants in the neighborhood. A complete list is available in a notebook within the apartment. Online a Google map is a great way to explore the restaurants within a few blocks and nearby.

We are located one block from Bayou St. John, a waterway that extends from near our house to Lake Pontchartrain. Great for biking to Landry's Seafood House on the lake or to other seafood restaurants on the lake.
City Park
One of the largest urban parks in the United Stated, designed by the same architect as Central Park in New York City. Great walking and bike riding. There are bikes and boats to rent at the park.
New Orleans Museum of Art
Located within blocks of our place in City Park, an extensive collection of art from various centuries and well as contemporary art.
