Check in is extremely easy. There is a 24 hours concierge available to check you in and direct you to the room. Keyless entry to the unit. Getting around is effortless, too. You’re right between Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations, each just a 5-minute walk, making it simple to explore the city or head straight to the airport without the hassle of driving.

You will have full access to the entire condo during your stay—the space is completely yours, so make yourself at home and enjoy it as your private retreat in the heart of Atlanta.

Check-in is simple and convenient. A 24-hour concierge is available at the front entrance to welcome you, verify your reservation, and provide access to the building. Please be sure to bring a valid government-issued ID with you at check-in. For security purposes, the concierge must confirm that the name on the reservation matches the guest checking in. If someone other than the person who booked will be arriving, please notify us in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in process.

Once inside, you’ll receive a digital door code (sent in your check-in instructions) that provides keyless entry to the condo. For added convenience, a key fob will be provided inside the unit, allowing you to freely enter and exit the building throughout the remainder of your stay without needing to check in again with the concierge.

Even in the cooler days of February, the walkable streets and nearby MARTA stations keep the energy of the city close without sacrificing relaxation.

Sleeping arrangements
This condo accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 1 bath. Each bedroom features top-of-the-line mattresses and convenient bedside outlets, while a high-quality sofa bed offers additional flexibility for your group. Flat-screen TVs in every room allow everyone to unwind their own way at the end of the evening. Bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and an iron are provided to make longer stays comfortable.

Living spaces
Fully renovated in August 2023, the interiors feel refreshed and thoughtfully updated from floor to ceiling. Dimmable recessed lighting lets you set the mood whether you’re settling in after an event or preparing for a small business meeting at the dedicated workspace. The building’s well-known insulation helps keep city noise at bay, creating a peaceful atmosphere inside.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the option to cook and dine at home. You’ll find everything arranged for intuitive use, along with a dining table for shared meals or morning coffee. Coffee is provided, and a dishwasher makes cleanup simple.

Bathroom & essentials
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and spacious vanity, along with bathroom essentials. A washer and dryer in unit add convenience for both short visits and long term stays allowed of 28 days or more.

Outdoor & building features
Step onto the patio or balcony for a breath of fresh air before heading out. The building includes an elevator, self check-in with a smart lock, exterior security cameras in common areas, and paid parking on premises as well as paid parking off premises. Housekeeping is available at extra cost.

Located inside historic Peachtree Towers, you’re within walking distance of State Farm Arena, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Centennial Olympic Park, the World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, America’s Mart, and the Georgia World Congress Center. A surface parking lot is conveniently located right next to the building.
A secure parking deck, located just one block away, is the recommended option for peace of mind.

Rideshare & Taxis:
If you prefer not to drive, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are typically less than 5 minutes away and offer a cost-effective, stress-free way to get around the city.
Public Transit:
The condo is centrally located between Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations—both just a short walk away. MARTA makes it simple to access major attractions, business districts, and even the airport (just a 15-minute ride).
This central location gives you the flexibility to walk, drive, or ride with ease, making it one of the most convenient spots in all of Downtown Atlanta.

Heating & Air: The building operates on an older system that provides either heat or air conditioning, not both at the same time. During the fall and spring, the system is switched seasonally from heat to air (or vice versa). Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

Animals: Per HOA regulations, pets are not permitted in the building.
Parking: Parking is not included with your reservation. However, there are several paid lots nearby:
