Welcome to the Relaxation Reef Beach Retreat at Colony Reef! Enjoy a beautiful 4th floor view of the ocean from this adorable beachy condo. With plenty of living room seating and a dining room set for 6, there will always be a place for everyone in the family. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook your favorite meals. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the private master bathroom. There are two queens in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool (not heated), children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a HEATED pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from the unit. The beaches are also accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.

The condo was clean and very family friendly. We enjoyed the buggies to use to take our stuff to and from condo. We absolutely loved the food trucks at the pool area daily. The condo was comfy and worked great for us. The host answered all questions quickly.

Place was clean upon arrival. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean! The walk to the beach was not as long as the listing photos made it seem, its actually pretty close distance to condo. The pool was big and there was actually a second pool indoors as well, so it never felt crowded. The balcony was big, 6 adults fit comfortably. We would definitely stay here again! The value is great for the location and amenities. The parking situation was a big confusing, so pay attention to the signs and what color pass you have. We weren't educated upon check in that the different colored passes meant different parking locations so we ended up with parking warnings and had to relocate our cars. Also, if you need to buy additional parking passes for a 3rd or 4th vehicle, make sure you have cash to buy it. Overflow lot is by the highway at entrance. The only complaint was one of our guests said in the first guest room with the twin beds, the AC is very loud at night when it kicks on. So if you are a light sleeper maybe don't pick that room. Overall, great stay!

We do let guests know that the condo complex allows 2 vehicles and that guests can inquire with the office about the possibility of overflow parking. Overflow parking is not guaranteed. This trip allowed is to celebrate a new grandbaby and my mother in laws 90th Thanksgiving celebration. The view was spectacular and St. Augustine is growing. The facilities of the Condos offer great amenities and things for all ages to do. The unit is a tad outdated and could use some upgrades, but traveling on a bufdget it sufficed. The hists were very accomodating.

Great resort. But, no night swimming. St Aug is a beautiful family friendly beach. The pool area is very nice and the hot tub was an added benefit. Just wish the kept the pool open later.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! The pool hours are posted at the pools by the condo complex, we don't have control over the pool hours. We just manage this unit at Colony Reef. Most condo complexes and hotels have set pool hours that don't allow night swimming. If guests want to swim at night, they should book a private home instead.

Amazing condo!

Lovely, comfortable condo, exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of pool and beach off the large balcony, same view is easily visible from the living room and kitchen. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for our group of 6. We had everything we needed.

Nice beachfront condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Felt safe with the gated entrance. Upfront parking and carts available for unloading and loading suitcases. Elevator and stairs available. Lovely deck area with furniture to enjoy the ocean views. Comfy living room furniture. Ample kitchen supplies for cooking breakfast and dinner. Washer and dryer worked great. Beds were comfortable. Had some truouble with the tvs, but host sent staff over right away to remedy. Would recommend. Would stay again.

The property itself was very nice. When I contacted the owners very responsive, however, three trips before toilet issue was solved. This unit was not cleaned to level experienced in other rentals.

Needs Renovations, dirty

Check in was easy, hallway floors need painting, property run down needs renovations, pool was dirty checked in Thursday and they started cleaning it in Monday, elevator broke and we were on 4th floor. Sign put in elevator door said to contact office 3 days later. Overall I would not stay there again..

Our beautiful condo and Colony Reef as a whole are not 'run down'. We have many high reviews on this property from happy guests who had a great time. We also have professional cleaners who service the unit after every stay. The pool is maintained by Colony Reef, they have a cleaning schedule for it. There was a strong thunderstorm in the afternoon on the last day of this guest's stay with high winds, which likely put some debris/sand in the pool, but Colony Reef is very quick to respond to those types of things and were cleaning it the next morning. The elevator was down for one night (due to a temporary outage because of that same storm) and it was fixed by 7am the next morning as well.

St. Augustine Getaway

We had a party of 7 and fit comfortably in this property. It has all the conveniences of home (i.e. std size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, shelving for dry foods). The walk to the beach was short with a 15 min drive to downtown St. Augustine. There are a couple of beach shops and several grocery stores within 5 miles of the property. Colony Reef also has a fun courtyard in the middle next to the pool, where they held movie nights and food trucks. The community is gated and full of recreational options to pass the time on a rainy day.

Heaven on Earth!!!

Tye title says it all....it's truly a little slice of heaven on earth. I'm 41 & started going to the Colony Reef Club every Summer with my family when I was just a baby; i've stayed in several different units on the property over the years & this one is one of the nicest i've ever stayed in. In addition, the hosts/owners are professional, honest, hospitable & kind & were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone & wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future. Thank you; we can't wait to be back at our home away from home asap!! 🌊🌺🐬
