Relaxation Reef - Ocean Views, Heated Pool, Lovely Condo, Beach Access

***There will be construction at Colony Reef until April 1, 2026. This means that there could be construction noise during the day due to the renovations being done (they are grinding and repairing the concrete balconies, walkways, etc). They are currently working on our building, but have not started the balcony for this unit yet. We were told that our balcony will be started around 2/1/2026 and once they start the balcony will be closed to guests until the construction is complete. There is a scheduled break in the construction from 12/22/2025 - 1/4/2026 for the holidays.***

Welcome to the Relaxation Reef Beach Retreat at Colony Reef! Enjoy a beautiful 4th floor view of the ocean from this adorable beachy condo. With plenty of living room seating and a dining room set for 6, there will always be a place for everyone in the family. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook your favorite meals. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the private master bathroom. There are two queens in the second bedroom and two twins in the third bedroom.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool (not heated), children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a HEATED pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from the unit. The beaches are also accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the towns many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley’s to see it all on the go! You can purchase tickets to many of Saint Augustine’s attractions here in the office!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you.

Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
