The space
Our apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and features a well-appointed bedroom and a clean bathroom with walk-in shower. You will access the house from the back entryway where the apartment then has a separate apartment entry within the hallway. We are very family oriented and can accommodate as needed! Occasionally, you may hear little feet chasing the dogs upstairs but we hope the overall ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for winding down after a day of cheering on the Nittany Lions, visiting your children who are attending Penn State, or exploring the nearby attractions.

We have been long term landlords for a long term renter for 4 years. We are 5 minutes away from Mount Nittany Medical Center and can accommodate healthcare workers or work related stays. Please message us for availabilities and pricing.
