- Climate Control: Each room, including the main area, is equipped with mini-splits, ensuring an optimal temperature setting throughout your stay, whether you prefer warmth or a cool breeze.
- Kitchen: A fully loaded culinary space awaits with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and every utensil you'll need to whip up a delightful meal. Outside, you'll find our propane BBQ, complete with grill utensils for those perfect barbeque evenings.
- Entertainment: Delve into a movie night with Netflix and other popular streaming apps or gather around for board games for an evening of fun.

- Riverside Relaxation: Step outside to a sprawling deck ideal for gatherings, or let the sound of the river guide you to our large wood fire pit overlooking the water.
- Boating Adventures: Our private boat launch is your gateway to the Trinity River. Launch your drift boats, rafts, or kayaks and embark on a water adventure. Dubbed the "Angler's Paradise", our riverfront offers unrivaled fishing for Salmon, Steelhead, and Rainbow Trout.

Fire Pit Use is Seasonally Restricted

Due to the high wildfire risk and limited evacuation routes in the area, we do not permit any outdoor fires, campfires, or charcoal grills from May through October, regardless of whether a campfire permit is obtained.

From November through April, small campfires are permitted only with a valid California Campfire Permit.

We know the fire pit is a nice amenity, but safety comes first, and our neighbors take this seriously. We appreciate your understanding. Violations of this policy may result in early termination of your stay and potential fines from local authorities.
