We've got a spacious back yard with lots of space to enjoy outdoor games. We've got a football & corn-hole, and a beautiful campfire area where you can find yourself enjoying a peaceful evening roasting marshmallow. And we also have quite a few indoor games incase its cold or rainy.

You have access to the entire home except for 2 of the rooms in the basement. The owner keeps some of his personal things in these rooms. These rooms are off limits to guests.

You will find a welcome book upon arrival. It will be filled with information about the property as well as tourist attractions, recommended restaurants/cafes, emergency numbers and more.

**This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

**Any items left at the home can be shipped, but we require a $25 fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
