☆☆ BEDROOM ☆☆ This open-concept condo features a cozy sleeping area with a queen bed tucked behind a dividing wall for added privacy. A Pack & Play crib and highchair are available in the entry closet for guests traveling with young children.
☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ The full bathroom includes a stand-up shower, premium amenities, and all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay.
☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, a coffee and tea station, and all cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. Guests also have access to a crockpot and blender in the shared library area. Kid-friendly dishes and utensils are provided as well.

- Free Street Parking Available on Boardman Avenue, Webster Street, Washington Street, and nearby residential streets. Overnight parking (3:00 AM – 6:00 AM) prohibited year-round except Saturday, Sunday, and Monday during spring/summer. Always follow posted signage.

- Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply. During peak season (June–September), we discourage early check-ins or late check-outs to ensure proper turnover. Expedited service may be available for a $250 fee (subject to availability). Off-season (October–May): $100 fee for expedited service.
- Extended Stays: For stays of 10+ days, a mid-stay cleaning is required at the standard cleaning fee. Weekly cleaning service and linen exchange are mandatory for extended bookings.
- Security deposit: Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days within check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
- Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

Here are a few simple rules to guide your stay:
1. BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. Be friendly, use common sense and consideration of others, and leave common areas as you found them or better. Please note there are common areas and amenities available for guest use, subject to restrictions and guidelines provided by Commongrounds. Guests pay an amenity fee per guest per stay for access to the gym and other community facilities located onsite. If you use a board game or a lounge chair, please return to its home for the next guest to enjoy. If you see another guest or a neighbor, say hello and offer a friendly wave and smile! And when using common areas or resources, be mindful that others can hear you or may want to share use as well.
2. NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises, including marijuana, vaping, or other types of smoking.
3. QUIET HOURS. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and quiet hours between 10pm-8am daily.
4. PETS. There are no pets allowed in the building. (This applies to birds with feathers, but please feel free to bring the bird in your soul along.)

Beautiful one bedroom with a kitchen, clean building , comparable to a college vibe.perfect nest for a couple. Location was awesome, close to downtown and donuts down the street. Only issue was you have to turn right on 8th street because of traffic flow. Recommend the hidden gem.

It’s a great location with everything within walking distance. The unit is well appointed with everything you need. The place was very clean. The only issue we had is parking is very limited. We found not look for parking when daycare kids were being picked up after that it was okay. It is still a great place and we look forward to staying there again.
