Seira Sol's Garden Hideaway is a delightfully bright and relaxing spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage with its own private entrance and garden patio. In the cool colors and warm vibes, you will instantly want to kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. On the property, the cottage is in the cozy corner of a large indigenous garden filled with flagrant flora, fruit, herbs and vegetables. And in the neighborhood, it is just around the corner from one of the hottest areas for shopping, art galleries, restaurants and nightlife. You can easily go from a day in the shops or a night on the town to your zen-like serenity in only a few minutes!

The open-plan kitchen and lounge area includes a coffee and tea station, gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and generous dining table for 4. The kitchen is equipped with the necessities to prepare and enjoy a sumptuous meal with drinks.

The lounge area is furnished with a luxuriously comfortable chaise lounge, double-size sleeper sofa, dedicated workstation, and breezy patio overlooking the garden.

The bedroom's charm will draw you in and you will find a most comfortable queen size bed with plenty of wardrobe space and a beautiful north-facing window. The bathroom boasts a roomy shower with ample shelving for your toiletries.

There is abundant natural light pouring in through skylights and lots of windows to replenish you daily during your experience. Your patio is the ideal spot to enjoy sundowners and brunches on warmer days. And remember to take some dips in the heated (upon request) infinity pool on cooler ones.

The cottage and the house are on a friendly and safe compound with a beautiful pool, in a quiet gem of a neighborhood, where you have some of the best bars, restaurants, and art galleries nearby. Meanwhile, you are living on a peaceful stand with herbs, fruits, and vegetables growing in the garden and a natural bird sanctuary. It offers a perfect space to chill and enjoy a lock-up-and-go lifestyle while only a few minutes walk from the "greatest corner in Johannesburg" in Rosebank.

Once you arrive, kick off your shoes at the front door and find your way to the comfortable chairs or couch or bed, you will know for sure that you have found a perfect getaway to hideaway in light and comfort. Welcome home!

Seira Sol has its own carport with space for 2 cars and other spaces for guest parking.

You have your own peaceful inside and outside spaces, as well as shared living areas including a laundry room, pool, and gardens.

One of our friendly onsite hosts will be there to greet you, welcome you and help you get settled in.

We have complimentary coffee, tea, fruits, and treats upon arrival. Happie will come and clean your bedrooms once a week. Shared areas are tidied and cleaned at least twice per week. If you would like to request more frequent cleaning services for an additional fee, please let us know at the time of your booking confirmation. We can accommodate no more than 3 days per week.

Thanks to Ronald, you also have an incredibly well-maintained garden and patio, and an amazing ocean-colored pool cascading a wall overlooking the garden. Ronald is also your onsite host and is available to help as needed.
