Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. As soon as you notified us about the wasps, we let you know the property had already been professionally treated prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, wasps can occasionally reappear outdoors despite preventative treatment, especially during the summer months. Had we known the issue was continuing, we would have gladly arranged for another treatment immediately. We also appreciate you bringing the loose deck board and protruding screw to our attention. Those items were addressed and fixed after your stay, as guest safety is always our priority. Regarding the remaining concerns, we strive to resolve any issues as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay and would have welcomed the opportunity to do so.
