There is an option for a large secure garage parking at the entry to the complex. Fees are $59/day. Check in/check out times same as the booking for the home.
Stay for more than 7 days and get access to the garage for free! Check in/check out times same as the booking for the home. Parking boats/trailers is not allowed on the asphalt in front of the garage.

Electrical Access: 2 convenient outlets available for charging devices or plugging in any equipment you may need during your stay.
Keypad Access: Enjoy the convenience of a keypad to access the garage door so you don’t need to worry about losing an opener.

Linens:
Clean and well-maintained linens are provided for your comfort and include all the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath towels you may require. Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure.

Hot Tubs:
Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost.

Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs.

Rental Policy:
A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.
