Important:
- Fire extinguisher under kitchen sink and another one by office / desk area
- No pets allowed. If pets are present, your reservation will be forfeited with no refund. There will also be a fee of $350 to your credit card for breaking this rule.
- No smoking inside of the property
- Please only use use black “makeup” towels to remove makeup, damages to other towels caused by makeup, dirt, or food will have a replacement cost of $15 for each dirty towel or missing.
- Please do not set the AC lower than 70 degrees as the compressor may freeze and cause damage ($200 fee) there are fans located in the bedroom closets
- Only starter pack of toiletries are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, laundry detergent)
- Please try to be eco friendly and use towels more than once if it is still clean

Disclosure:
- Outdoor cameras only to monitor cleaning staff
- We’re not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occurs while on the property. We’re also not responsible for the loss of your personal belongings/valuables.
- Use FirePit at your own risk - please only use firewood (@guest’s expense) and not charcoal , do not use gasoline oil either.
- No unauthorized over night guests allowed
- Remove makeup to avoid staining pillow cases / sheets. Any stained / damaged pillow cases / sheets will result in $25 fee per sheet / pillow case set.

** Upon booking please review check-in method , as it will provide instructions on how to check in through smart lock and depict an exterior photo of the property**

Entire home with the exception of
- storage room that’s outside of the unit is locked / off limits
Other things to note
Some of the lights are dimmable.

The one in the living room with the knob , you have to turn it to turn it on.

The one in the sunroom, the knob might have to pushed first before turning the knob.

Please put all trash in the trash cans upon leaving. You can put all of the used towels on the bathroom vanity / sink or on the tub.

Please note, the freezer at times will tend to drip water to the top left shelf in the fridge.
