Brand Newly Constructed Private Studio! Conveniently located within one mile of the Oregon State Fairgrounds, State Capitol, Salem Health, Willamette University, and Downtown Salem. You will have the convenience and privacy of coming and going as you please with a Privately secured entrance, with onsite gated parking. Fully furnished, with your convenience in mind. This studio has everything you should need to feel right at home in Oregon's capitol city.
The space
This Brand new, spacious studio is fully stocked with everything you need! Full sized living room with a leather sleeper/sofa. 55 inch Roku smart Tv. We have a vinyl record player, with vinyl records for our guests to enjoy during their stay. Our kitchenette is set up with the basics. You have a dining room table, with 4 seats. A mini fridge/freezer. Kitchen sink, Keurig coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. We do not have a stove but do have electric burners with a pot and pan for basic cooking needs. We also provide you with an electric skillet. The bedroom has a brand-new Queen sized Green Tea Memory Foam mattress. We will always provide you with the cleanest, most comfy linens. We do live on a busy street, so we have provided you with a fan, ear plugs and a noise cancelling machine for sound control. The bathroom is located close to the bed and has a full-sized shower with only the best water possible. There is a HALO Water Filtration system installed, so our drinking water tests better for you than store bought bottled water! You can taste the difference, and feel the difference in your skin and hair.
Guest access
Entrance to our home is through the back alley located through Evergreen Church Parking lot. The Church is on the corner of 17th St. NE and Nebraska St. NE. You will need to park at the church parking lot, until you have entered the secured code into the keyless lock entry on the gate. When the code is correctly entered, the gate is opened, and you are able to walk inside the gate. After you are granted access inside the gate, you will be able to open the fence wide enough to park your vehicle inside the covered, gated patio. If you have more than one vehicle, or a vehicle too large, you must park in the church parking lot. We do have secured camera footage of the alley, and gate/fence entrance at all times for your protection. The entire home is fully gated, and guests have access to the entire home, and yard. During the nice weather, we do have lawn lounge chairs for relaxing.
