This house is located in the Birch Hill neighborhood of North Conway, NH, minutes away from Cathedral and Whitehorse Ledges and Echo State Park. Birch Hill provides the ease to access historic downtown North Conway (10 min drive), Storyland (15 min drive), and six local ski resorts (Cranmore Mtn - 10 min, Attitash Mtn - 15 min, Black Mtn - 25 min, King Pine Mtn - 20 min, Wildcat Mtn- 35 min & Bretton Woods – 45 min). The house is in a neighborhood on a quiet street, great for walks, runs, and biking - family-friendly & great for kids! Whether you visit North Conway in the summer to hike the trails of the White Mountain National Forest or shop the numerous discount outlet stores; or in the spring to ski Tuckerman’s Ravine; or in the fall to watch the leaves come alive with color; or in the winter to snowshoe, downhill ski/snowboard, cross-country ski or snowmobile — there is opportunity for all to enjoy the fruits of the Mount Washington Valley!

My family and I had a great weekend stay. The house had everything we needed during our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for food prep. The location was great as it provided convenient access to North Conway as well as skiing - we hit Attitash and Wildcat during our stay and the location worked well for both. Our host, Jeremy, was great with prompt communication when i had a question. And he also had the driveway cleared first thing in the morning after overnight snow which made it easy for us to head out to ski. Overall a great stay and would certainly recommend.

Annual trip to North Conway!

Not the first time we stayed in this home and we hope to go back next year! It is a great size, plenty of space for this family of 4. The home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood but close enough to the center of town! Plenty of outdoor space to lounge and read a book or for kids to play. Highly recommend this home for a family vacation!

Great getaway

We stayed here over winter break and this is by far one of the best vrbo’s that we’ve stayed in. The house was fully stocked and with enough sitting and sleeping space. Jeremey was easy to communicate with and didn’t have any problems during our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great spot in the North Conway area.

Relaxing family time

Our family loves North Conway and wanted to get away for just a few days while kids were home from college and out of school. Jeremy was super helpful and organized with booking. The house was immaculate and very cozy. Great space with lots or rooms to relax. We loved all the games on the game shelf.

Conway Family Weekend

We were up with family for a wedding and made a weekend out of it. The house was perfect for us! The teenagers had their own space in the loft, and we had our toddler in the bunk room. Great space and the board games and pool table were a hit! Would come back!

Overall great place to stay for a summer vacation

House was clean, expansive, and had more than enough space for a comfortable sleeping experience and stay for our family + dog. Everything was in working order, and it was a huge added bonus to be able to do laundry throughout the week! Owner was friendly and communicative. Neighborhood was quiet and within short distance to downtown and other attractions. Highly recommend.

First-rate location for families

I recently stayed at this property with my wife, our nine-year old daughter, a 14-year old cousin and my mother who is well into her eighties. It provided perfect accommodations for everyone involved. Everything on the property is well-maintained, immaculately clean, and usefully labelled. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Excellent hiking is available a short distance away at Moat Mountain, and a short foot path leads to Echo Lake State Park. I'd strongly recommend this place and will likely return on my next trip to the Whites.

Absolutely loved this house!

Out of town a ways but a fairly easy quick drive once you learn how to get out of neighborhood. Property and house were awesome! Clean and big enough to be comfortable inside or out. Host was very responsive. Pup loved the yard too!! Only negative was no condiments supplied so if you are traveling and want to cook be sure to bring or buy your own. But otherwise well stocked with all you need. Woukd absolutely stay here again !!

Getaway for the Holidays

Our family spent a few days over Christmas at this property. Jeremy was communicative, helpful and accommodating. Excellent stay!

This property in the lovely and quiet Birchwood neighborhood is a gem! The house was very clean and well-appointed - we had all the dishes, silverware, linens, towels, etc. that we needed. It was just me, my husband, and our bulldog, but there was plenty of room for a family with children. The owner made himself available for any questions or concerns throughout our stay. This home is a very short drive to all the amenities in North Conway, but also just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Cathedral Ledge look-out, the hiking trail to Diana's Baths, and a lovely jam stand where you can buy homemade jam on the honor system. North Conway was extremely busy this week due to peak fall foliage, as well as the nearby Fryeburg Fair being in full swing, but this home was the perfect refuge after a long day of activity.

Perfect house, perfect location!

We loved this property. Quiet and residential, but close to everything. The owner is very communicative and super nice. The house itself was clean and spacious, with plenty to keep us busy when we weren’t out exploring North Conway. We can’t wait to visit again!
