We want to wish you a warm southern welcome to Cedar Lane Road Retreat, our home away from home in the city of Greenville, SC. We are pleased to have you here, we love hosting guests from all over the world! If you love to be outside exploring the city scenes, or tucked away watching your favorite shows, this place can do both! We are near the famous Swamp Rabbit trail, and feature Smart TV's in the bedrooms and living room!

Dan was very accommodating. The property was clean, neat, and in a great area. For those not from Greenville, the property is near multiple food places all within walking distance. Also, the property is only minutes from downtown.

We had a great time. Beds were very comfortable. Location was close to everything we had planned. Only thing I wish they had some baking sheets for us to cook on and maybe some salt and pepper. Everything else was great

Clean and cozy place. Short drive to the Commons, lots of great places to eat and close to downtown Greenville. TVs in every room, great full sized kitchen, comfortable beds, and a fridge with water and ice dispenser. This place has all the comforts of home!

The stay was great everything was clean and exactly how expected . The only thing i’d have to complain about was that the remote to the Tv in the bedroom would not work . we tried switching remotes and switching batteries but it never worked . And when we went to contact the owner we messaged multiple times but never got a response out of them . We ended up using a universal remote for the Tv and we did never get a response but besides that everything was great

The unit was very nice inside. The bedding was very comfortable. It was much better than staying in a hotel. Easy to get to downtown or anywhere you are wanting to go.

The exterior is a shock because it is underwhelming. The inside is as advertised and wonderful except for one issue I raised with the owner. The mattress in the larger bedroom steeply slopes to the middle from both sides and needs a remediation that is less than a replacement. I suggested the fix. The bed in the other bedroom seems fine based upon my quick check. Excellent choice for the cost and we will use it again when staying in Greenville. We will just sleep in the smaller bedroom.

Great property and family friendly!

The property was very clean and orderly. Plenty of room for a family of 4. While we stayed for only 2 nights, we would have enjoyed the property for a longer period of time. The kitchen was nicely stocked for any duration of stay. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. We used the washer and dryer-very nice quality. Property was also aesthetically pleasing. It was evident every decision was mindfully made. The location was convenient to great restaurants and downtown. We would stay here again.

Perfect location

We've stayed at this tri-plex twice. Each is slightly different but all are well furnished, great location, and perfect for up to 4. Overall, we will be staying for a third time so that should tell you it's perfect for what we need!

Amazing Place and Great Host

The house was incredibly clean and comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. We loved how close it was to downtown, where we enjoyed exploring all the great restaurants and shops. Plus, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is just around the corner, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities like biking and walking. There’s so much to do nearby, making it an ideal spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and cozy stay!

Place was well stocked with all necessities to make your stay a great one. Coffee, popcorn, spices, hand soap, paper towels etc… Host kept constant communication to ensure a pleasant stay.

Round trip vacation

The property was very clean, fresh smelling and it was nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We took daily trips in the surrounding area and used this as our home base. I would recommend this apartment if you use it for a business trip or like we did. Be aware that the appartment is right next to a main road. Yes, the apartment is close to the rabbit swamp trail but be aware it is located in a neighborhood that they are trying to revive.

A Diamond in the Rough

Great stay! The phone map directions were a little crazy for me, but I eventually found it. The alley took me off guard. After roaming around, I finally found Unit B. 7 Things I Noted: 1. Smells great inside. It was refreshing and not too much. 2. Outside does not reflect inside; only because I learned it used to be a mill house for the textile mill workers. 2b. Grass could've been mowed a little. I prefer cut grass. 3. Awesome renovation. Everything was upgraded to date. 4. Great furniture. They didn't seem flimsy and cheap. I didn't break a chair just by sitting on it. 5. There's a weird soft spot on the floor near the entrance. 6. Bedrooms are exceptional. I still don't understand the fascination with decorative pillows only to be tossed aside by me. 7. Water pressure in sinks and shower was great! And thank you for the available toiletries and soaps. That was very nice! I'll definitely look for this property the next time I'm in Greenville. It was a perfect respite from the weekend activities. Thanks. VR/ Ricky Castillo

Great place

Great place very close to downtown Greenville’s entertainment district. We stayed one night to break up a long drive from NC to Atlanta and had everything we needed. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent communication from the host. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

Clean, very updated

The area was not what I expected but the unit is nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. Once we were able to get in, had a problem with the lock code provided, we appreciated the Keurig and coffee supplies and the use of the new washer/dryer. Owner checked on us before check out to see if we needed anything.

The perfect place for my work trip!

My colleague and I decided to stay at Elijah’s listing because of its convenience to downtown and great amenities. The Kitchen is well equipped for those who prefer to cook at home during their trips and having the washer/dryer was fantastic! The place has all of the modern amenities you would need! The place is cozy, quiet and feels very safe!! I will definitely be booking with Elijah during any future trips to Greenville!!! Thank you!
