The host was very responsive to messages. House was described perfectly and had lots of amenities like coffee bar, kitchen staples and even laundry detergent. Home away from home for sure! Will be staying again.

Great place to stay

The Farmhouse is a great place to stay. It's near Kilgore and Longview, but you can relax in the country when you're done.

We really enjoyed this home. It's well appointed throughout and nicely furnished. Brandon was very attentive and responsive. Truly appreciated everything and he really made the stay easy and pleasant! Would highly recommend.

Location is amazing! Country setting but close and convenient to town. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the coffee bar was great. Peaceful, quiet with loads of room to play. We’ll bring the grandkids next time!

Great vacation home!

My son and his family from England stayed at the Farmhouse for a week, it far exceeded our expectations! Brandon is a superb host, the house was immaculate with lots of activities for all age groups. Excellent property, thanks Brandon for making their stay a memorable one.

Spring break

Very clean and nicely decorated house!Loved all the games and fire pit area.Everything we needed was provided plus more! Perfect home base for exploring East Texas!

Family Visits TSF

We came to Kilgore to see our college age son who was in town working as a carpenter and changeover crew for the TSF(Texas Shakespeare Festival) for the summer. This home was a great place for us to hang out as a family. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor games and the fire pit too!

Thanksgiving at The Farmhouse

We had a great time! The outdoor games, fire pit and wiffle ball field was a big hit with our family. Brandon is extremely attentive and responds quickly to questions. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely rent it again.

Wonderful!

This is a lovely property in a pretty, quiet, neighborhood. The owners have thought of everything! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some! They were very accommodating and kind. Very child friendly!

Property describe as is, lots of kids stuff to do and we enjoyed the option having a fire pit in case if we want to do smores. Host response real quick when we needed help.

Our Family came to East Texas for a 90th birthday party. My Husband and I our two children their spouses and 3 grandsons. The Farm house was perfect. The grandchildren had so much fun and our children were so happy that there was so much for them to do! The farmhouse was cozy and had everything that you needed. The host thought of everything we will stay there again!

Everything we hoped for!

Idealistic for families! Plenty of activities at the home without having to travel. The wiggle ball field was a highlight for my older kids. The home itself was welcoming and was a small retreat with games to play when it rained. Thanks for letting us stay, we had a great time!

Great country property, plenty to do, not too far from town.

We highly recommend staying at the Farmhouse! It has a country feel but is just a few minutes from Kilgore and Longview. The house has plenty of gathering spaces for family. Outside there are many things to do such as a ball field, swing set, hammocks, several yard games, and a nice fire pit area. The host is very nice and responds quickly. We have stayed twice and would happily choose to stay here again!

Farmhouse stay

All was as advertised. We all had a very pleasant stay and the farmhouse met all our needs. Saturday evening our entire family gathered there for dinner and a visit whuch was 6 adults and 6 grandkids ranging in age 2 to 16. Our host was very helpful an covered all the details before and after our arrival. Since we visit the area a couple of times a year I'm sure we will be back again.

Nice place to get away

4 old college buddies met for a long weekend LeTourneau mini reunion. Wanted a place to go back to in the evening that was quiet in the country. The house fit the bill perfectly. We enjoyed some time outside as well, playing ladder ball, throwing the frisbee in the large yard, etc. And it was comfortable for four. Two had their own rooms, and two used the upper versus lower levels on the bunkbed, which was very solid and sturdy and comfortable, even for average sized adults. Well stocked. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, cozy, and comfortable!

My husband, pre-teen daughter, and I stayed two nights at the Farmhouse Family Getaway. From the moment I booked, Brandon was very attentive and informative. It was easy to see they are great hosts, who want the best experience possible for their guests. The home was beautifully decorated, very clean, provided lots of blankets, towels, etc. Coffee bar was a plus! My only recommendation is perhaps providing some sugar, as we had to go out and get some. The house also provided LOTS of family games, which was super fun. Overall, we felt very much at home here and would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much Brittany! And great suggestion for the coffee. In fact, my wife had mentioned getting sugar for the coffee area, and I joked with her and said, “This is Texas, people like their coffee black.” ;). I should have listened ;). Well, if you guys ever make it back out this way, we will plan to have sugar waiting for you by the coffee pot :). Thanks again for being wonderful guests and leaving the place in pristine condition :). You guys are welcomed back anytime!

Great Family Home

From the beginning to end Brandon was very detailed in the communications and very helpful! We came to visit family in the area and this home was my first choice for us since we had 3 kids and an infant. The space was great, spacious, and clean! The kids enjoyed the games and fire pit where we made smores. My husband even mentioned how much he lived the home and property. Said he would rent a hone like this when we eventually move back to east texas. Everything was clean and in great order when we arrived and we were even able to check in a bit sooner than we expected. Brandon wss very accommodating the entire time. The whole process was easy and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Cozy & Fun Family Weekend

We booked the farmhouse to stay during my son’s baseball tournament, and decided to come for the weekend even after the tournament was cancelled before we left home. We are so glad we came! Brandon was able to accommodate our special requests and was so communicative throughout our stay. The wiffle ball field was the ultimate highlight of our trip and our kids loved signing the home run wall. The house is a perfect place for families, stocked with games and enough open space to run and play. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to have four of our five meals at the farmhouse, one of which we grilled out. The fire pit was a perfect place to end each night and enjoy s’mores! Our kids loved the bunk beds and all the beds were very comfortable. The house was decorated with attention to detail and Brandon’s welcome guide was so informative. We can’t wait to come back!

AN ABSOLUTE MUST STAY EXPERIENCE!

We came in to visit family in Longview and the Farmhouse was the pertect commute and was an absoulte blast for our family with 3 children. Smores were provided by the host which was an absolute BONUS! The kids really enjoyed this! Our family from Longiew stopped in to visit and for dinner but due to the rain we weren't able to play baseball but really enjoyed and recommend playing "Ticket to ride" the game board. We played about five games in a row. Somehow we got locked out, not sure it one of the kiddo's locked it but Brandon was quick to his phone and stopped by to let us back in which was a blessing! Seriously can't say thank you enough for such wondertul stay and having our family all under one roof. Definitely a five star experience. There were also QR Codes around the home on how to work everything which was amazing!
