Pet Policy
Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There's an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There's a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. To ensure everything is disclosed up front, if discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.

Great Place

This was my first time staying at this location and it was great. Easy to check in and easy to navigate everything. Parking was easy and finding the room was not hard either. I will definitly stay here again.

Great view!

The apartment is not the same as the pictures it is a different layout and furniture but still set up nicely with a great view of downtown. The gym was amazing and the complex is nice and quiet and it is in a great area for visitors new to the city. Plenty of parking available. It was not stated in previous reviews however there were juvenile roaches. I must note that the apartment was exceptionally clean. I did check out within 5hours of my stay due to seeing them. If not this would’ve been a great stay.

The place was roach-infested! I arrived to find a pile of dirt and a broom in the middle of the living room floor. When I took a closer look it wasn't just dirt it was about a dozen roaches. I swept the mess up and figured the place was fumigated recently. But when I looked in each cupboard I found live roaches in each. The place was infested. The wifi did not work and the rest of the place was not really cleaned. I reached out to the host requesting my money back. But he sent me on a trek to a few other rooms in the same building. Every room had roaches, it was late so I settled for the one with the least roaches, since it was clear that the host wasn't going to reimburse me. I was so disgusted that I cleaned the entire apartment and put all food, fruits, protein powder, cooking utensils, etc in the fridge. I washed all the bedding after waking up to a roach climbing all over me. The mattress had several dark brown and yellow stains all over it. It looked disgusting and should be replaced or cleaned deeply. The host replied quickly to all of my queries but that as far as it went. No effort was put into remedieing the issues I outlined above. I asked for a garage pass and a mop, that was a bridge to far for them. In closing, I'd say having to pay, in this case, over 6,000 upfront without seeing the place makes it possible for a "slumlord" to thrive. This was my first and last time using VRBO..
What welcomed me to the dirty appt
The people living here are total savages. This was from one of my neighbors dog. They just pooped in the hallway and didn't bother to pick it up.
Closer look at what i thought was a pile of dirt next to the broom. But it was several dead roaches.

Please take note...

As previously mentioned, the pictures used are not accurate with the actual condo. But it is set up nicely. The check in process was seamless. Here are some concerns that I did have, and wished were noted in previous reviews. - There is an issue with roaches. I killed a total of 5, mainly in the kitchen. I notified the host, who asked for pics. I texted the number listed on VRBO, but host stated the pics weren't received. I asked for alternative contact info, never received it. - The condo had "somma blinds" in the living room, meaning some were there but there were huge gaps where blinds were missing. - The unit is located on the 4th floor. The elevator was out for 2 days. So just keep this in mind if you have difficulty maneuvering stairs. - It is noisy, and very noisy on the weekend. A train comes through just about every night around 10 pm. On Friday and Saturday, there was loud music until almost 4 am. So if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or white noise machine. - There are units on that hall that smoke weed. The odor is very strong, In the event that the smell bothers you, or you have an occupation that is strict about that, or if you have small children, it may bother you. I wish I had a better experience. But had to be honest...

The location is great. Nearby bars and grills. Safe area for walking to nearby eateries. Host is quick to respond. But VRBO pictures are deceiving. It looks nothing like what you see online. The picture is that of a nice, clean, updated place. Sofa is missing back cushion. The place is infested with roaches both dead and alive. We did not stay any of our 2 nights there. There was no way as we walked around we crunched on roaches all over the floors. Some crawled on walls and over kitchen counters. I could only imagine if the lights were off at night. So we booked elsewhere & had to pay for the stay at a hotel. We received no refund due to same day cancellation policy. There should be a policy that states that the place you book should depict what is being advertised. The host told me she could try and move us elsewhere the next day. She offered to send a cleaning crew again. Send us bug spray. We could not and would never stay at a place like that. But if I knew the place was like it looked when we arrived instead of what the picture lies to the customer, I never would have booked it in the first place. So just like theres no same day cancellation refunds. A customer should at least get some refund when they dont stay at all due to the falsification of the place appearance. I sent pics to the customer complaint. But I guess they find it normal to sleep in something like this. Sorry, in all the years I have booked with VRBO, never has a place looked this bad. I swept roaches
