4. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMODATE ANY PETS DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES. THIS ALSO INCLUDE SERVICE ANIMALS AND COMFORT ANIMALS.

6.IF THERE ARE ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE AT THE APARTMENT, PLEASE MESSAGE “ EMERGENCY” ON THE AIR BNB PLATFORM AND ADVISE IF THERE IS FIRE, FLOODING OR ELECTRICAL ISSUES.

7. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH BABY WIPES OR FEMININE HYGIENE PRODUCTS DOWN THE TOILET. THIS COULD CAUSE A SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE IN WHICH THE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL THAT WILL ARRIVE TO FIX THE ISSUE DUE TO ABOVE REASON WILL INVOICE YOUVON SITE AND WILL EXPECT TO BE PAID BY YOU.

8.PLEASE DO NOT POUR COOKING GREASE INTO OUR KITCHEN SINK OR ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS COULD ALSO CAUSE A SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE. SHOULD THIS OCCUR AND A PLUMBING ISSUE IS CAUSED; YOU WILL PAY FOR THE REPAIR ONSITE BY THE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL.
