Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is perfect for relaxing after exploring beautiful Colorado Springs. Our home has a large kitchen and a cozy, fully fenced backyard equipped with a gas fire pit to allow you to enjoy your stay.

Our home is the perfect place for indoor and outdoor living, making it ideal for those seeking relaxation and accessibility. Inside is a dedicated private office for those needing to catch up on emails and work. The living room boasts beautiful tall ceilings and a fireplace where you can enjoy sitting by the fire and watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. Our home is also just 30 minutes from the famous Garden of the Gods and Downtown Colorado Springs, where you can find a charming atmosphere and many great places to eat or drink.

Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - King bed with ensuite bath, second level
2nd Bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite bath, second level
3rd Bedroom - Queen bed, second level

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Please note that the property does not include access to the mailbox. If you're expecting any mail or packages during your visit, we recommend using a nearby parcel locker, post office, or an alternative delivery location such as an Amazon Locker or UPS Access Point.
