Study area with desk. 2 sofas in living room which fold to sleep one each. Wireless high speed internet.



Guest Access:

Virtual lock with a personalized code for entry. Check-in instructions are sent as it gets closer to your check in time.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet well kept established neighborhood. Minimal traffic with numerous exits to reach the highway.

Other Things to Note:

NO PARTIES. NO GATHERINGS (anyone outside of the reservation number of guests). All guests must be mentioned; including visitors.



Each additional guest after 4 will incur a $25 per person per night fee. All pets must be included in reservation. There is a $120 fee per pet, per stay.



NO SMOKING. (indoors and outdoors).



Security cameras outdoors only, for liability and your safety.



MAIL: We do not have access to the mailbox at this property. If you choose to have packages delivered to the doorstep, you are welcome to do so. Please be aware that we cannot assume responsibility for any issues such as theft by porch pirates or delayed arrivals.
