Winter Wonderland would be an understatement here, as the ranch sits at 6,500 with ample snowfall for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing into the Forest and Canyon above. The West Elk Nordic trails at 9000 ft. are well worth the short and scenic drive from the ranch.
