Heart Of Vail Village, Short Walk To Ski Slopes, Across From Solaris

We do offer alternative sleeping arrangements if the sofa bed was not comfortable for you, you should have contacted us while there. Some people prefer soft beds, some people prefer harder beds, we have no way to satisfy everyone unfortunately. We have had parties of up to 5 adults stay at the unit without any problems or complaints. Considering the location of the unit and the equipment (Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen etc.) our rates are very reasonable and commensurate with our offering when it comes to space etc. and comparing to other accommodations in the heart of Vail Village. You can always rent at the Solaris across the street starting at over $1000/night and get a larger space of course. As far as the TV, I sent the list of available channels before arrival, so the absence of the desired channels should not have come as a surprise. I am very sorry if we disappointed you in any way, and I wish you had contacted us during your stay. We would have done our best to satisfy you better.

Sorry but you forgot to mention that you or someone with you actually may have clogged the sewer system in the building by throwing stuff in the toilet that made the sewer back up. The building management spent a 1000$ just after you left to fix the plumbing in the building and I will not mention what the plumbing company found. The system was working fine before your arrival and it stopped working the last day you left and no one in your group dared reporting it to us to avoid being slammed with the plumbing bill. There is nothing wrong with the plumbing but when the guests throw stuff in the toilet (other than toilet paper and I think everyone understands what I am talking about) it clogs. If there was any problem when you arrived I am pretty sure you would have told us! We found a big mess after you left. Also, the windows are shut tight in the winter because the temperature is close to 0 and guests open the windows and leave the unit and we deal with pipe freezes and leaks. This is the reason they are shut in the winter and open the rest of the year. Getting zero degree fresh air is just outside the door. Again, if you had reported to us we would have told you where the handle to open the windows is located in the unit. We just keep it on the side. Finally the mattress, it is a regular high end Ikea mattress and you may think it is hard and others think it is soft. Ikea does not have any hard mattress in their catalog as you can check, so am not sure what to say. I guess this is why there are so many kinds of mattresses on the market because the feel is very subjective. Thank you for your stay.
