- Noise levels must be kept at a respectable level as there is a strict no noise bylaw put in place by the town of Blue Mountain
- Guests must fill out a renter's agreement prior to staying with us, agreeing to all house rules
- Guests can only park 7 vehicles in the driveway and there is no additional street parking
- Hot Tub use is prohibited after 11:00PM

This chalet was a great fit for a family gathering of 10 adults …. The living room/kitchen area is very large and great for meals, games, etc.The rooms are very basic … no frills or extras. We didn’t use the hot tub as it didn’t look too clean.

We were a group of 10, including 3 kids under the age of 6. The accomodations were excellent and the drive to the village was only 4 minutes. The kitchen and living spaces were great for us. We loved having 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms!

Perfect for group of 8 senior golfers. Very spacious, bedroom for everyone and lots of bathrooms. The hot tub was a welcome respite after a tough day of tournament golf. The living area had ample seating, a huge dining table, and well stocked kitchen with everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable.Our host was great. Communicated consistently and followed up during our stay. Highly recommend this property to large groups. You won’t be disappointed!

Canada Ski Cross Weekend Stay

This chalet was a great choice as it was within a pleasant walking distance of the event held at Craigleith Ski Club. There were plenty of rooms, most with their own in suite bathroom. Very comfortable for our group of friends. The hot tub was good (very clean). The large eating and living room area was fantastic for our large group and we loved the upper loft with the ping pong table. The back deck was an excellent afternoon hang out area. Jamie was always available to answer questions and help us out. Overall we would recommend this vacation spot.

Great place for a family celebration

We were here to celebrate an 80th birthday with a multi-generational group. Good communication with the check in process and upon arrival, the bedrooms were nicer than they appear online. Ample parking even for our 5 full size pick up trucks. Everything else was as expected. 4 of the 8 bedrooms have private ensuites and 2 bedrooms have Ensuite with shared access to hall which makes it really great. Linens include comforters and pillows. They have 2 kureigs on site which was good as well. Only baby frying pans so if you plan on making a big breakfast for a large group, bring your own fry pan. Hot tub was clean and the giant dining table accommodated all 15 of us. Only drawback was that the house rentals on either side of us were quite loud until the wee hours of the morning- the volume carries due to no trees and fairly thin walls of the buildings - it didn’t bother us too much but if you are coming for a quiet escape with a guarantee of quiet- you might want to choose another location. All-in-all a wonderful stay for everyone with great memories made!

Christmas Getaway

We stayed (14 people) over Christmas, some from England and some from Canada.Property is really good for a large group, however, we were cooking Christmas dinner, which proved difficult with the oven. This is something that definitely needs replacing.There were only two wine glasses, no oven gloves. We purchased these ourselves but when I messaged the hosts, they did send someone over with the items, so cannot fault their response to remedy this.The property does need some tlc, particularly in the basement area. One of the carpets to the first bedroom is badly frayed in the doorway and a trip hazard.Bedding needs upgrading.

Friendsgiving Weekend

We were a group of 14 people getting together for a fun weekend of food, drinks and catching up after a busy summer. The chalet was PERFECT for us. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and space, the space was very clean and the owner was great and answered questions quickly (once you realize they don't answer from the non reply email, my bad). We had a terrific time and will be going back for sure!

Perfect Family Getaway

We rented this property to celebrate a 70th birthday with family. The space was perfect for 9 adults, 7 children and one dog. There was plenty to do in the area and the house was in a nice quiet area with a dog park within walking distance and a closed road for the little kids to ride their bicycles.

Spacious Chalet

My friends and I stayed at this chalet for our yearly guys weekend and it was a great experience. The house is very spacious and is well equipped. Lots of bedrooms. Communication with the host was great. Thanks again, and we are considering booking again next year.

Golf weekend with the boys

We had a golf outing with 8 people. The location was absolutely amazing. Everyone had their own rooms and 5 bathrooms between us. The house is very spacious, clean and was close to all amenities. It was perfect, will definitely be back.

24 years and counting

We are a group of girls who annually go to Blue Mtn. Our previous chalet owners changed the bed configuations after covid and we found this location !! It was exactly what we needed and the property manager was amazing and was prompt with our inquiries or requests.Definatly booking again next year

Skiing Trip

Amazing Girls Weekend

This property was so spacious and clean, made for a perfect girls weekend. The living room was perfect for lots of people to hang out and chat and play ping pong. 2 fridges is also a bonus. Nice distance for walking into the village.
