Evergreen Escape - 4 bedroom, loft, 2.5 bath home, quiet neighborhood
Evergreen Escape is warm and welcoming. This cabin has 4 roomy bedrooms, loft, 2.5 bathrooms and is equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in Tahoe. The spacious living room allows everyone to have a comfortable seat and the open kitchen area is nice to prepare meals. Televisions are smart TV's so you can stream movies. The kitchen is very well appointed with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, dishwasher, disposal, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker & grinder, etc. The dining room table seats 8 people comfortably and there are 4 bar stools at the countertop. The main source of heat is the furnace with forced air throughout the home. This operates via thermostat. There is also woodstove to heat the house during those cold winter nights which also provides a cozy atmosphere and ambiance! Two of the bedrooms are downstairs along with one and a half bathrooms (one en-suite); upstairs boasts 2 more bedrooms, plus loft area, and another full bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower.
Bed arrangements are: 1) king downstairs (en-suite) with television, full bath with tub/shower; 2)Queen downstairs with couch and television; 3) Queen plus Double bed, upstairs; 4) King plus daybed, upstairs. The upstairs loft is spacious and has 2 chairs to relax in.
Other amenities include: washer/dryer, central forced air heat, deck has patio furniture, chairs and picnic table with umbrella, there's also a gas BBQ for tenants use (summer months only-these are put away from mid-October until Spring).
The garage, unfortunately, is for the owner's use only.
This home does not allow any parties or events as this home is in a residential neighborhood, and quiet time is from 9pm-8am. Thanks for your cooperation!
Cleaning fee includes linens and towels. You may want to bring beach towels, as those are not provided.
