Pictures do not do justice. This is easily the best grand rental in all of Scottsdale. 3 buildings! Resort style pool with its own lazy river. Check in and communication with the team were super simple. The whole experience was truly first class.

Oh my, this is a stunning property. Our extended family of 31 had the time of our lives! And not only is it absolutely beautiful, but it's well laid out, super functional with great separation of space. And there was SO much to do, right at the house and grounds! It's is well suited for kids and adults of every age and impeccably kept. Thank you for a fabulous vacation. We were truly blessed to spend the week here!

We recently stayed at the Grand Estate for an annual sales retreat for 20 people and the property was absolutely perfect for our group. Tons of room to spread out, very clean with a ton of amenities and well located. The backyard entertainment space is exactly as shown and was beyond comparison to similar houses we have stayed in for this event. Great reviews from everyone. The hosts were great to work with prior to our arrival and during our stay as questions came up. We would highly recommend this house for any large group stay. You won't be disappointed.

This was by far the best house we ever stayed at! Our team loved the house. Everyone slept great! The beds were so comfortable! There was so much space for all people staying in the group! The boys loved the lazy River, slides, hot tube, indoor pickle ball. The adults loved the big kitchen, TVs to watch games, outdoor space to grill. We would stay her again. The host went above and beyond to make staying here a great experience!

There were more than enough rooms, bathrooms, and the space made it feel like our group was actually fairly small. The pool, the rooms, the cleanliness, and the service was absolutely perfect.

From the host that met us at the property to tour us around and make sure we knew how to work all the technology, to the charcuterie platter that welcomed us, to the impeccably furnished home... it was all 10/10! It was absolutely perfect for our company sales retreat, as we were able to house our sales staff in the main house, and our corprate staff in the guest house. The conference room made the perfect gathering place for our sessions. The kitchen was plenty big for us to prepare and serve our meals. But no doubt, the highlight of the entire property was the pool, the water slides, and the lazy river that we spent the majority of our visit floating around in.The linens and mattresses were SO comfortable! Almost everyone mentioned how well they were sleeping. My roommate and I even pulled back the sheets the last day to try to figure out where the mattress was from.The neighborhood was gorgeous and felt very safe, and there was plenty of parking between the garages and the large driveway.We did have to call our first morning about a leaking faucet, and they came right out to take care of it.Just three very small suggestions to make this 10/10 stay even more memorable: a stash of a few spare pool towels would have been helpful, the kitchen was a little bit understocked in terms of cooking supplies (for a house that can sleep so many, the pots were quite small), and there were no floats supplied for the pool. Thankfully we had brought our own (and a pump), but that would have been a bummer had we not thought to bring them.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, our group absolutely loved the property amenities and layout for our weekend retreat - we would love to return for a similar event in the future.Sean was super helpful leading up to our event, and allowed us to ship a ton of boxes of materials which we really appreciated.A couple areas of feedback I have:- The drinking water situation was really tough. There was no filtered water available on the property - with 40 guests in 100+ degree weather, that's a huge liability. We ordered $800+ of water bottles throughout the weekend once we realized, which was hugely wasteful and led to a lot of excess trash. There needs to be a refrigerator water filter, kitchen water filter, or large plastic jugs water dispensers.- Pool light/lazy river/slide kept turning off after 10 minutes (especially at night). We tried deleting the pre-made schedules but it seemed to keep happening out of our control- Cleaning service during the weekend. We hired a cleaning service for Friday/Saturday with you all - really poor experience from our end both days. The cleaning lady was there for ~1 hour both days, and left both days without notifying us and seemed pretty annoyed when we asked her to do anything (Friday we called her to come back, Saturday we gave up and cleaned the rest ourselves). It seems like the protocol is for your service to remake beds, and take out trash bags - this doesn't really make a dent in the cleaning we need for a big event like ours. The service we paid for should help with cleaning up trash all around the property, along with kitchen/house cleanup (remaking beds is not a necessary service). I would've paid a higher fee to make sure trash was cleaned up, as the intention was to have the house as clean as possible for our Sunday checkout. That didn't happen, and we got hit with an extra $1250 cleaning fee anyways because of that. In hindsight I would have hired an outside cleaning service to make sure the property was cleaned

We were 19 guys and everybody had their own bed and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property concierge helped us to book many experiences included hibachi and transportation to various events. I canā€™t wait to come stay here again !!
