Bring your hiking gear, as the Eagle's Rest, Nancy Womack, and Mountain Mint trails are begging to be explored. For something a bit more mellow, bring your fishing poles and cast a line at Cove Rd Fishing. Golf enthusiasts will love having a couple of courses only a few miles away.

Your vacation home's interior features wide, open areas flooded with natural light thanks to the plethora of windows. After exhilarating hikes, unwind on the furniture by the fireplace for a warm, welcoming ambience. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is perfect for group cooking endeavors you can all enjoy at the dining table. The nearby windows offer the ideal backdrop to complement the meal.

A focal point for many may be the game room. Challenge friends and family alike to a game of pool or air hockey while having your favorite TV show or movie playing on the large wall-mounted TV. The coffee station, microwave, and sink add even more convenience to the space.

Though lounging inside is certainly tempting, the furnished deck offers comfortable seating among the great outdoors with wonderful views of the surrounding trees to match. The porch swings, chairs, and hanging daybed invite cozy afternoon naps. On especially nice days, fire up the grill and sear your meals to perfection, then dine alfresco. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and free WiFi are also included.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
