This one bedroom with comfortable queen bed, one full bathroom, living room with full sofa couch and room for self-inflating queen air mattress is most comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. The small kitchen area is perfect to prepare your breakfast or light meals. A covered community grilling area is just across the parking lot with fire pit and outdoor seating.

The property is exactly as it looks on line, but cuter! We sat at the kitchen table and had coffee every morning while watching the lake "wake up". The host was helpful and friendly! I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Philip was an exceptional host. He was communicative, attentive, and clearly committed to providing a seamless experience. The home was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and very comfortable. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful view of the lake made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. We truly appreciated the care Philip put into every detail and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Unwinding on lake Hamilton

Condo on the waterfront with a great view that was just as advertised. Gated community with parking as close to the unit as you can get. Conveniently located to all of the Hot Springs attractions.

Hot Springs in March

This location was great with beautiful views of the lake. The property was just as expected from listing and pictures! The host was available and responded promptly. I would stay in this location again! Great Stay!

PERFECT!!

I am very over-worked and over-stressed in my job, and this was the absolute best place to chill a few days and hit my "reset" button. We loved every minute at the condo. It was so close to everything we needed - every time I put something in the Maps app for directions, it would be 7-8 minutes away. :) We enjoyed sitting on the porch every evening, watching the boaters, tubers, and skiiers go by. We talked and unwound from the day and just relaxed, knowing we had nothing pressing to do. The pool was extremely relaxing as well.Patrick and Cindy thought of EVERYTHING in the condo. There were so many special touches and little "extras" you don't find in most rental properties. They truly went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their guests. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Hot Springs, and will definitely stay here again and again! Highly recommend!

This place is a true hidden gem. It’s off the beaten path, very quiet community and perfect for a peaceful get away. This condo was so clean!! Philip was a great host.

Perfect Summer Getaway!

We love everything about this complex. This was by far the best unit we have stayed in. Excellent service and communication with the host, everything you would need there, organized and labeled. The perfect place to hideout with a view for a few days. Thank you again Phillip!

Labor Day Weekend

Good morning! We had the most amazing stay this weekend. We loved this cozy condo right on the lake. One of our favorite parts of our stay was watching the sunrise from the picnic table every morning. We saw so much wildlife doing so… a whitetail doe, a mink, tons of fish activity, geese and ducks. We were sad to see the floating docks covered in “geese gifts” but that is no reflection on the host at ALL but on the property management (and the geese, lol) We hope to return again soon!!

Wonderful!!!

I can't say enough about this place. Mr. Phillip was an amazing host, and we had an amazing stay. It was peaceful and fully stocked with everything we needed. We were scheduled to come in October, but we had a death in the family and needed to change the dates, Mr. Phillip was understanding and allowed us to change the dates. The location was perfect. We were close to everything and far from everything at the same time. Mr. Phillip was quick to respond if we had questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the view of the lake every morning as well. We are planning to come back when it's warmer so we can enjoy the pool.

Perfect stay, great location, excellent host

When we arrived at the unit, we were surprised by how the host had thought of just about every little thing you might need during your stay. We couldn't pack any shampoo or conditioner so we were very happy that they were provided among many other things. The host was very gracious and helpful in hs communications. Everything was super clean and spotless, especially the bathroom. The couch was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The lake is beautiful and peaceful and even though we didn't rent a boat or kayak I think I'd like to if we stay in the future. The large lawn out front at the lakeshore was the perfect spot to watch the eclipse. It's a short drive to downtown restaurants and attractions. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. I think we really lucked out when we found this gem. Thank you so much!

Quiet and Peaceful

Weekend getaway. Perfect little place for our need. Water view was wonderful. Sitting outside and walking around the property was so peaceful. Property stocked with all the little things you might have forgotten to pack. Obvious the owner wants your visit to be a great experience.

Great property!

Phillip and his wife have gone out of their way to think of everything that you could need in a vacation rental. The property is spotless and the view from the front porch is perfect. We loved the retro feel, it was just the thing we wanted. A slight problem the last day, the water main to the complex burst. But no problem, They came with all the water we needed. They really took great care of us. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks from all of us Mike and Deborah

The Condo was clean and tidy, all the supplies you need were there. The closet was equipped with fishing gear and pool items. We loved the little sweet condo it felt cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed fishing, swimming and grilling at the cute grill patio area. We had great communication with the host. We give this a 10 We will be back!
