Stay in the heart of Downtown ATLANTA on Piedmont Ave. Our cozy condo in the historic Landmark Building has an 8th floor view. The Landmark is a 21-story high-rise condominium that is older but well-maintained. Our King Bedroom renovated unit has secure 24/7 concierge & assigned free parking.

Located minutes from the hotel district, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, GA Aquarium, King Center, World of Coke, Ponce City Market, GA Tech, Piedmont Park, BeltLine, shops, dining & 2 blocks from MARTA rail.

AMENITIES: Wifi, TV, seasonal pool, Queen sofa bed, full kitchen, Keurig, fridge w icemaker, gym, coin laundry area in Building, work space, remote entry.

The Landmark is an older but well-maintained high rise. The HEAT and A/C are controlled by the building. There is no thermostat in the unit. We have 2 portable dual heating/ cooling units which can heat and cool the condo very comfortably. Additionally, we have a portable A/C unit to cool the unit to your desired temperature.

Great location! Room was super clean and the bed is extremely comfortable! The window unit and fans kept the room cool, even with it being 90 degrees outside.

Pool shut down green water in pool old lawn furniture out by pool. Roaches around kitchen sink. Building smelled of Marijuana , a lot of transient traffic in and around Building. The property needs a lot of work. The pictures on VRBO is not accurate at all. I do not recommend this place

Very clean police were at the premises a few times for other people fighting the pool closed at 9 parking was fine the host was the best we did have an incident with the condo above us having a leak and the host was on top of it and got it all taken care of fast not a lot of noise other than when the police came I would stay again they are also doing upgrades to the building which is a plus

The building is old and reeks of weed, the amenities were all broken so there was no washer or dryer for an extended amount of time. Location is bad except if you want to highway near you. Parking is worrisome and only can think about if my car would get broken into. Spend a little more money on a nicer place. It’s worth it

I would like to start by saying the host is wonderful and very responsive! We arrived at 2 am and were given the wrong code by accident. The host responded to our call immediately and gave us the correct code. They also left 2 water bottles and tea bags for our use which was very kind.That being said, we had a few issues with the property. 1) the water went off for approximately 3 hours so we were unable to get ready. This was not addressed until I reached out to the host directly. However! This was no fault of theirs and they refunded us 25 for the inconvenience 2) the linens had multiple hairs in the sheets leading me to believe they were not changed 3) there were multiple cockroach sightings in the kitchen (specifically in the fridge and sink) 4) there was a foul smell the entirety of our stay resembling body odor and cigarettes5) the listing stated it was closer to our concert venue prior to booking (so the address wasn’t exact) but we ended up having to drive because it was too far Overall, we likely would not stay here again as the quality did not reflect the price we paid or the location we thought we were getting. It is one of the cheaper options for this area though and the host is great!

Host was super accommodating. I really appreciate that in this day and age. The building is old but fans were provided to help keep things cool. It is about a 25 minute walk to the World Congress Center, which for us was fine and worth it for a reasonably priced place to stay with parking. I would definitely book again!

Weekend Stay

Cid’s property was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our quick weekend stay. The free parking spot was easy to find and gave us peace of mind. Entering the building and the unit was easy and the location was just a short drive (4-5 min) from groceries, restaurants etc. The property is no frills but for my husband and I and our adult son, it beat the price of two hotel rooms or a hotel suite and gave us the privacy and comfort we all needed.

Really nice stay

My fiancé and I stayed here as a little get away to celebrate our anniversary. We had a nice time and the place was clean. The owner was very responsive and extremely polite. The only thing I wish I would’ve known in advance is that the building controls the a/c and heat since it’s a historic building. So the place was a little warmer than we would’ve liked, but the owner does provide tower fans that help a little.

We had a wonderful time in Atlanta on our vacation, and it was nice to be close to everything at the condominium we reserved. The host was super accommodating, prompt and kind in all communication, and left very clear instructions about the property and now to navigate the building. The building itself is a bit dated, but the unit was immaculately clean and came equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only things I'd recommend watching out for aren't big deals but things to know: the door is a little sticky, so be sure to bring the physical key with you in case it's difficult to unlock. We made that mistake but the host came right over to help us. The tub doesn't drain quickly and so there may be some standing water as you shower. If you're unpacking a lot of luggage (like if you have a family or multiple bags) it's a little tricky to haul everything up the elevator so you may want to consolidate your things (or use a pack and play, like we did, to put a lot of stuff in and roll it out to the car!) We brought our five year old and 20 month old with us, and we felt incredibly safe and accommodated here. They were big fans of the pool, the TV, and the pull-out couch! The man who runs the front desk in the evening is a total sweetheart and we enjoyed getting to know him too. We'd definitely stay here again if we did another Atlanta getaway!

...part of a Birthday present to myself!

Arrived after dark wirh Unit #, parking slot # and code to get in unit. No load/unload zone; sign at front of building says "no parkling/car will be towed". Concierge asked if I had Reserved a spot to park; advised I had a spot, #19 and asked if he could tell me where it was. He was most unhelpful--stated he worked for the Property Management Company and the Host would need to communicate with me about that. I went out to try and find ot in the dark. came back in; he gave me a 10- hour pass to park in Reserved Area. Once I got my stuff upstairs and read the Rental Unit Book, I found spot #19---went diwn and out to move my car at 1 a.m.!! Three elevators; extremely clean; 8th floor with large windows in living room and bedroom with view of the city! nounload/load zone
