Home was great, however it was slightly cold during the daytime when we were in there and quite hot at night. Otherwise it was decent. A bigger frying pan would have been nice as well

Utah trip

It was a nice stay. I read it wrong and thought it was a whole house not the basement. But the basement house was nice! It was comfortable and the owners were amazing.

Comfortable and nice!

My partner and I stayed here over the weekend for Valentine's to pretend we have our own place for a little bit. It was a very nice place and very comfortable to stay at, overall we had a great time here and would definitely come again the only thing is you can hear just about everything the people above do otherwise perfect.

In town for work

I was in town for work and instead of a hotel we rented this property. It was clean and very functional it was close to everything that we wanted to do. We would recommend this property to anyone that likes a quiet place to relax. .

Comfy little basement apartment

It was exactly as advertised, clean and comfortable with nice big tvs.Good location for us to drive to ski resorts.If someone has rented the upstairs of the house it can be noisy in the basement. The nights no one was up there it was quiet. I believe you could rent the two floors together and that would be ideal.

Great cosy place in great location

We really enjoyed our stay here for a few nights with our children. We had everything we needed and the beds were all comfortable. Centrally located for our needs and easy to check in/ check out. There was ample subsidiary ingredients in the cupboards for us to cook and even plastic wrap and sandwich bags so we could pack lunches. The washer and dryer were very convenient and easy to use so we didn't have to take too many clothes for the whole trip.

Stay for Work

Very comfortable bed and apartment. Off-street parking is a plus. There was snow on Saturday, but by Sunday afternoon someone had cleaned off the driveway and walkways. Great location with easy access to major arteries. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Nice place and very clean. Apartment was very cool when we arrived which was great in the 95 degree heat! However, thereā€™s not a thermostat in the unit and sleeping was quite hot once the ac was turned off (there are fans in the bedroom which are nice but didnā€™t think weā€™d need them since the ac was on when we went to bed.) (Annie did adjust it when we asked her the next day)Things weā€™d improve: remove the decorative shelves in the bathroom-they dig into your back when sitting on the toilet.Would be nice to have a Brita and ice cube trays in the fridge/freezerA luggage rack in the closet for your suitcaseThe bed is a memory foam which we didnā€™t find particularly comfortable but maybe that was just us.

I would recommend staying in a hotel before this VRBO

This was the worst experience ive had staying in a VRBO. The noise level kept us up all night and the host was contacted several times. They claimed they contacted the renters upstairs and reminded them of the quiet hrs but the noise started about 9pm and didnt end until about 730am when they slammed the door shut. The stimping, thowing things on the floor and across the room kept us up all night! We drove all day to do events in Utah so we were so tired. I tried to cancel the next night in hopes of getting a refund and they denied it. I could not imagine going another night with no sleep. I dont know anyone who makes that much noise all through the night i would be concerned of drug use in the main house. STAY IN A HOTEL BEFORE RENTING HERE!!!

Exactly as pictured and centrally located!

Talk about bang for your buck. This place has everything you need and is centrally located in the Salt Lake City metro area. You could comfortably sleep 5-6 people here. There's a long driveway which you're allowed to park on one side of, and you even have access to half the garage, a perk I have not found elsewhere. The place has obviously been fully renovated and is fully stocked with everything you might need, fostering the "at home" feel. It is a downstairs unit so you often here the people living above but the noise was minor and never occurred late at night or early morning. I was snowboarding all week and this was a great location for any of the many resorts just east of SLC. Plus there were two large TV's, each with a fire stick for convenience. I highly recommend the place and will certainly look to stay again!

We really wanted to love our stay here, especially since the hosts were so kind, but we didnā€™t. We felt that the place had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival (dirty floors to the point there was stuff sticking to our feet, lots of dust and dirt and grime in crevices, a ton of dead bugs all over, shower liner super grimey, hair on the shower wall, etc) We woke up one morning to a worm in the middle of the living room since thereā€™s a gap at the bottom of the entry door (our assumption of how it got in). People upstairs (Iā€™m assuming the hosts) extremely loud at all hours including 1 a.m. Weā€™re young and usually donā€™t mind a lot of things, but there was unfortunately a lot that we felt was not as expected. Luckily, we werenā€™t there much since we came from out of town for a festival, but not being able to get the rest we needed was definitely frustrating. I meant to take photos of examples before we left, but didnā€™t get the chance.
