Welcome to our charming 2 beds and 2 baths entire condo. This condo is located very centralized to most Las Vegas metropolitan areas. It is located only 2 miles away from Las Vegas Strip and 1 mile away from the international airport and UNLV.
The location is within short distance to shopping centers, casinos, restaurants, transportation, mall, T-Mobile Arena, bars, convention center, hospital, fashion school, convenience store, LINQ, golf course, Allegiant stadium, and other accommodations.

The space
This charming condo offers a master bedroom with its own private and attached master bathroom, a second bedroom and second bathroom, living and dining room areas, and full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances. We have a smart TV in each room. This listing is for an entire condo.

The outdoor community garden areas are nice and perfect for the afternoon walk. There is free carport parking available on site.

Everything stood out—the location is perfect (close to the Strip and the airport), the flat is comfortable and nice, very clean, and well maintained, and the host was responsive and welcoming. It truly feels like a home away from home, which is why I love coming back every time.

We had a good time at this property. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and bedrooms were good size. The shower worked great. The location is very convienient, just a short drive to the strip, with plenty of shopping centers and resturants nearby. Parking was accessible.

Our stay was excellent. Centrally located within 10 minutes of everything. Check in was at 4pm and arrived in vegas a little early and the host was very accommodating letting us check in early. Great communication with the host. Will definitely use again!!!

It was clean and close to stores. But the beds were low, pillows were terrible and bathroom linens were shredding in main bath but our friends were pleased with their linens. Floors were uneven. But overall adequate.

Wife stayed while on a care-giving trip for family

Property was good for the price being asked and the location is close to the airport and downtown. The location is urban without being on the strip, so you can expect large metro city noises and pedestrian traffic in the area. It served the primary purpose of being an affordable stay in with good proximity to the strip, central LV and areas just east of the strip.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condominium. The listing was easy to find, and it had plenty of parking. The condo was super comfortable, and had a good size bedrooms. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was very convenient, approximately 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and airport. There were plenty of local stuff to do nearby and plenty of shopping centers around. I recommend this place, and we will book again!

Great little flat with everything you need!

First of all, the communication with this owner is FANTASTIC!! Quick and easy and respectful. The property itself was just as described. Clean, cozy and it has everything that you need. There are glasses, dishes, soap, T.P. Kleenex and trash bags. Only things you need to provide are groceries. Both street and covered location parking is available. Overall a great stay. You can't go wrong with this property!

Centralized Location!

I stayed at this condo with my family. The condo was super nice, comfortable, and safe. The condo had 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is only a few minutes uber ride to the airport and Las Vegas blvd. There were lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. The condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay and plenty of free parking. The host was responsive and sent us the check-in information before our arrival. I recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near the strip but also be away from all the craziness. We will book again. Thank you for hosting us!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay at this listing. The listing had two good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking. Beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean and organized. The community was nice and clean. Parking was easy and plentiful. The location was perfect, only 10 minutes away from the international airport and Las Vegas strip. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and other amenities nearby. The Walmart super store is 5 minutes drive away. We highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to stay close to the strip and airport, and also experience the Las Vegas local life. We will be back!

Everything was perfect for my father in laws stay! Close to the Thomas and Mack Center which is exactly why they were in town. The property was comfortable and had everything they needed for their stay. I would definitely reserve this place again!
