New resort centrally located between Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Minutes from Nubs Nob, Boyne Highlands ski slopes, snowmobile and side by side trails. In the summer we are located near beaches, parks, trails, restaurants and shopping.

very clean and beautiful inside. Everything you need except for food. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but all in all a great place to stay

Great Find!

This is one of the best deals in the Petoskey/Harbor Springs area. An adorable little hidden gem! The owner is absolutely wonderful too.

So cute and brand new!!

I was impressed with this little gem. Its super cute and cozy, slept my two teenagers and myself very comfortably. Very accommodating with pets and offer bags to clean up after them. Very short drive to everything fun

Weekend Stay

This was a wonderful place to stay and a great location. My son and I traveled up from Grand Rapids for a soccer tournament in Petoskey. This place was only 15 min from the soccer fields. We were in the two bedroom and it was nice to have our own space and a full kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The full size washer and dryer were also a plus and came in handy to wash all the stinky soccer gear lol. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nice property in northern MI

Great little property that fit the needs for a week trip for my daughter and I. Location was close to some of our favorite restaurants and beaches and made for easy travel for day trips to Charlevoix and the U.P. Property was quiet and safe. Some tips: bring your own beach towels and hair dryer as there were none. Curtains in bedroom could have been darker—as soon as the sun was up we were up because it was so bright. We had a great time and would rent a 2 bedroom if we had more people in our party.

Pre-holiday getaway

Property was just as advertised. Everything was clean, neat and worked - which is not always case with rentals. Inside is a bit small for any more than two. Since it was just my wife and I, the space worked fine. T there is no kitchen table, so meals had to be done either at the countertop or on the couch. Tonya was very responsive to a couple of questions I had asked during our stay.

Fresh and clean!

My husband and I loved staying here, very clean property, decorated for fall. We were in the area for a family wedding and so even though we were not here at the property very much, it was a great place to return to in the evening. Dog friendly, even had doggie waste bags available. Fully stocked. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so keep that in mind when wanting coffee, bring some k-cups. Wifi worked great. Bed was comfortable, nice deck on the outside, although it was a bit chilly at this time of year. There is a community fire pit. This property is just north of Petosky and a little south of Harbor Springs. Plenty of things to do in the area. Would certainly stay again. If thinking of booking, you won't be sorry.

Apartment

Such a weird layout. Bed in the living room with a couch and one recliner. No tv except in the kitchen and bedroom. No way to watch tv unless you sat on the bench for the table. No chairs in the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom were very nice with a big closet. Washer and dryer was a nice plus. A couple bottles of wine and a keurig. Could hear the neighbors in the adjoining apartment and the door between them was left unlocked. Could also hear the dog upstairs and would bark occasionally along with some loud music at times. Floor was dirty so we wore our shoes most of the time. Shower was nice.
