New apartment located in the spectacular La Recoleta neighborhood on Las Heras Avenue, one block from the Village Recoleta shopping center, the Cemetery and the gastronomic center. Nice open balcony with a beautiful view. Many means of transportation within walking distance of the accommodation.

It is a functional and very bright Studio apartment with a beautiful view. It is very well equipped both for working or for enjoying a beautiful stay. It has a full kitchen and bathroom. Hot/cold air conditioning according to each need depending on the time of year. An easy-to-assemble queen-size sofa bed. It has an open balcony, with a table and chairs to enjoy the view.
The excellent location in the heart of the La Recoleta neighborhood allows you to have access to many of the tourist attractions and restaurants on foot.
