Welcome to our cozy three-bedroom home—the perfect place to relax while enjoying everything Reno and the surrounding area have to offer. Whether you're visiting for concerts, outdoor adventures, gaming, or a family getaway, you'll have a comfortable home base with beautiful views, a private backyard, and free parking.

Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning and heating.

The Space

The home features three bedrooms with sleeping arrangements for families and groups:

2 Queen beds
1 Bunk bed

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Step outside to enjoy the backyard with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining furniture, and scenic views. Outdoor cushions are stored along the side of the house for your convenience.

We provide fresh linens and towels for every guest.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home EXCEPT for the GARAGE and the WASHER and DRYER. There are 3 TV'S, 2 in the bedrooms that will need to be signed into easy to follow instructions when turned on from the unit.

Please note that this is also our personal vacation home, so you may notice some of our belongings throughout the house. We visit Reno often and love enjoying the area's activities and concerts just as much as our guests do.

House Rules
This is not a party house.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask all guests to respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
NO access to the GARAGE or the WASHER and DRYER.
Free parking is available.

Outdoor yard was not maintained, weeds tall grass. Steps leading to the front door not acceptable for anyone using a cane or Walker, no hand rail.No Instructions on how to use the variety of tvs through out. Never was able to find local news or weather.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We take comments regarding property maintenance and guest accessibility very seriously. Since your stay, we have addressed the outdoor landscaping concerns, including overgrown grass. Due to back to back guest and unsettling weather in Reno, our gardner is delayed sometimes.... We also appreciate you bringing attention to the front entry steps and lack of handrail. While the home may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations, which is stated in the description on VRBO. we are reviewing possible improvements and will make the listing details clearer to help future guests make informed decisions. We also understand the frustration regarding the different TV systems in the bedrooms. We are currently preparing simple, step-by-step instructions for all televisions and home features to make the experience easier for future guests. We value your feedback as it helps us improve the guest experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

Didnt use any dishes ,,not a very quiet neighborhood people riding dirtbikes and quads..no access to garage for washer and dryer or to e en store our stuff overnight,,said garage but their was zero access...did not say no washer and dryer complete inconvenience and we decided not to stay another day ,,definitely lost money and wouldn't stay there again..definitely not worth the money

I would like to clarify that the listing does state there is no garage access and that the washer/dryer amenities are not included. The property is also located in a residential neighborhood, as described in the listing. While occasional neighborhood noise is outside of our control, we understand it may not have been a fit for you. We appreciate you leaving the property in good condition and regret that you chose to shorten your reservation. Hot August Nights trip

Check-in was really easy. The property was very clean and neat neighborhoods nice and quiet Neighbors for really nice. Overall experience was awesome.

We were allowed to check in one hour earlier which was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great, Keurig coffee pods were available. We stayed for 7 days.Dirty hallway bathroom cabinet, fan on in the bathroom upon arrival, dead bugs on kitchen track lighting, residual water left in the Keurig coffee maker, condiment bottles in the refrigerator. We did not notify Rhonda of these issues as we did not want anyone in the house while we were not there. Issues with the Roku televisions, finally was able to get them to work. After speaking with Rhonda about the Roku she offered to assist with finding another place, we declined as we were exhausted. Suggested written instructions for other guests. Screen door was not closed upon our arrival, it doesn't slide in the track and the screen is has holes and is torn. The glass door was not double locked.Circulation of hot water in master bathroom is poor. Although hot water is present in the bathroom sink faucet, the water temperature in the shower does not get past lukewarm. Rhonda did notify us of lawn maintenance day. This house would definitely benefit with a deep cleaning. It did appear that there were upgrades to the house in progress. We did leave the house as requested in the check out instructions, except the screen door as it was inoperable.

I'm glad you appreciated the early check-in, found the beds comfortable, enjoyed the air conditioning, and were able to use the complimentary coffee pods during your stay. I was disappointed to read your comments regarding cleanliness, as we take great pride in maintaining the home and have consistently received positive feedback from other guests. I made it very clear in the description of our VRBO that this is our vacation home as well and you will find some condiments in the fridge that any guest is welcome to use.... Had I been made aware of these concerns during your seven-day stay, I would have gladly arranged to address them promptly at a time that worked for you. I completely understand that you preferred not to have anyone enter the home while you were away, and I respect that decision. When you contacted me about the Roku TVs, I responded right away and offered assistance, including helping you find alternative accommodations since you said that the tv's is what helps you fall asleep at night.... but happy you figured out that you had to sign in to them. This is the first I'm hearing of this and our home is rented back to back...... I'm sorry the hot water and screen door did not meet your expectations. We appreciate you bringing those maintenance items to our attention, and they will be inspected and addressed. Guest feedback helps us continue improving the experience, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for every guest.

Rhonda’s property was perfect for our group. We had a family event in North Valleys and this vrbo was in great proximity to everything for our needs. The freeway is very close, check in was easy, and the property is clean. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect home close to everything

This is perhaps the best home I've ever stayed in. Clean, convenient, has AC, and most importantly, there's parking. I highly suggest this house to anyone traveling with a family.

Weekend Reno trip

Property was very welcoming and inviting. A/C worked fantastic which was especially important since it was 100 degrees both days while we were there. Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant with quick access to our destination and downtown Reno.

Stay in North Reno

The property was okay. It had snowed before we arrived and there was still a lot of snow on the driveway. I borrowed a snow shovel from my father and cleared the snow. Have someone make sure the snow is cleared off in the future. You should also have the gutters on the front of the home cleaned out, rain and melting snow ran down in a steady stream on all of use. It would have been nice to have a mat inside the front door to wipe our shoes. Also please provide some everyday glass ware. All we had were coffee mugs and adult beverage glasses. There was a TV in one of the bedrooms that the remote didn’t work nor did it appear to he hooked up to anything to use. The neighborhood was quiet, but the houses are close together with.a lot of vehicles on the street. It wouldn’t take much to make this a more desirable property, but I will look at staying somewhere else the next time we visit Reno.

Thank you so much for your stay. I hope you enjoyed the snow generally when people come it’s not snowing here…. Thank you for the heads up about having an extra mat. I will have somebody look at the gutter and I will definitely look into getting more every day glasses.:) this VRBO is rented out more than not… I haven’t had this type of feedback before, but I will take everything into consideration to making it the best VRBO TO STAY IN :)
