Enjoy the sounds of the birds chirping and the fresh breeze while rocking in the front porch swing at this cozy family farmhouse. This is a newly constructed home on land that has been enjoyed by 5 generations of the same family in Oak Grove, AR. It is located exactly halfway between Eureka Springs, AR and Branson, MO so it makes a great home base for visitors to both spots. Or simply come and escape to some peace and quiet!

Home is divided into two bedrooms and one bath on one side and two bedrooms and one bath on the other to allow for more privacy. Open shared living and dining area for time together with everyone.

Lovely house!

The property was updated and very nice. We loved the house and location. It was very clean and comfortable and the layout was great for spending time with family with great communal space.

Branson trip

Everything about the house was very well kept and nice, I just wish it wasnā€™t as far from everything as it was. It was a remote location but the drive to Branson still wasnā€™t that bad. Very clean and nice house to stay in though.

Loved the house and there were horses, cows, pigs, etc that walked along the fence in front of the house. Great way to enjoy your coffee in the morning

Peaceful Stay

Location and proerty were just what we needed. Plenty of room to socialize with large eat in kitchen. Rooms with comfortable beds. Enoyed time swinging on porch. Lots of shade trees and cool breeze. Didnā€™t have time to use BBQ, but was there for our use along with table and chairs outside. We enjoyed watching the horses and cattle in surrounding fields. Would recommended to anyone wanting a peaceful setting with a short drive to surrounding attractions. Will definitely use again.

Beautiful Property

As I told my friends, we left the country to stay in the country but minus the hobby farm chores. Lol. Most of our time was spent doing "touristy things" but when we were at the property, it was quiet without the hustle and bustle of 'touristy things" and people. The property was very clean and beds were comfy. The house is cozy yet no one felt confined in a small space. My husband said several times that we chose well. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely stay here again! Katelyn was eager to help and answer questions quickly.

Couldnā€™t be happier!

This home was perfect! We have stayed in several homes in the past on trips and this one was by far our favorite. The location was perfect and so quiet and peaceful, the home was spotless and so beautifully decorated. Everything was so thoughtfully and beautifully placed in the home. The mattresses are so comfortable and the home in general is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed and even extras that surprised us like storage containers and utensils for little ones if needed. There was even extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in case someone (like my teenage son) forgot theirs! They quite literally thought of everything. This was also the best ā€œhost experienceā€ weā€™ve ever experienced. They were very accommodating and kind and extremely easy to converse with as well as being very quick to respond with any questions not only leading up to our stay but even after. I cannot say enough about this property and the hosts. We canā€™t wait to go back and stay again!
