We are the owners next door but will not disturb you unless we are needed. Our home is designed as a peaceful retreat for adults and is best suited to couples, friends, and business travelers. It is not childproofed and contains numerous fragile antiques and decorative items that require extra care. Running children inside is not allowed Additionally, we live below and despite the extensive soundproofing, impact noise from running feet permeates below.
No parties, pets or smoking. Please do not use the grand piano unless you are trained and be extremely careful around the antique stained glass window. This is a large property and you will have your privacy. ***Occupancy Limit
To ensure comfort, safety, and respect for our neighbors, our home has a strict maximum of 4 people allowed on the property at any time — day or night. This includes all guests, visitors, and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gatherings, parties, or additional visitors beyond this limit.
