Radiant in-floor heating for winter comfort. Lounge among 100' Douglas fir trees in privacy. The house is on Squak mountain in Issaquah, less than 1 mile from historic old town Issaquah. We are the owners next door but will not disturb you unless we are needed. Running children inside are not allowed. There is too much potential for damaging musical instruments and artwork and the vast expanse of glass windows is dangerous for a child if they fall. Additionally, we live below and despite the extensive soundproofing, impact noise from running feet permeates below.
No parties, pets or smoking. Please do not use the grand piano and be extremely careful around the antique stained glass window. This is a large property and you will have your privacy. ***Occupancy Limit
To ensure comfort, safety, and respect for our neighbors, our home has a strict maximum of 4 people allowed on the property at any time — day or night. This includes all guests, visitors, and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate gatherings, parties, or additional visitors beyond this limit.
