This is a downstairs unit, and there may occasionally be guests staying in the upstairs unit.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire downstairs apartment during their stay, including the kitchen, laundry area, and parking space.

Please note:
• Mailbox access is not available to guests.
• Amazon package deliveries may be sent to the property at your own risk.
• The windows feature a unique operating mechanism. For convenience, we recommend keeping them closed during your stay. Fans are provided if additional airflow is desired.

• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Self check-in via smart lock
• Registered guests only; unapproved visitors are not permitted
• Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10:00 PM
• Parties, events, and gatherings are not permitted
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are prohibited anywhere on the property
• Open flames, candles, and incense are prohibited
• Please keep doors locked when leaving the property

Air Conditioning
To help maintain proper operation of the HVAC system, please do not set the thermostat below 72°F. Temperatures below this level may cause the system to freeze and temporarily lose cooling. Service calls resulting from thermostat misuse may be charged to the guest.

Security Devices
For security purposes, the property has:
• One exterior security camera monitoring the front entrance
• One NoiseAware device inside the home that monitors noise levels only and does not record conversations or audio

Fees
• Smoking fee: $250
• Unauthorized late checkout: $50 per hour after 11:00 AM
• Unauthorized guests: $50 per person, per night
• Covering or disabling exterior security cameras: $250
• Lost remote controls: $100 each

Additional Cleaning Fees
Reservations of 7 nights or longer may incur a deep-cleaning fee. Additional holiday cleaning fees may apply for stays ending on recognized holiday dates. Applicable fees will be collected through Resolution Center.
