This beautiful three-bedroom, 2.5 baths townhouse is located in a quiet, safe, and family-oriented community. It's nestled in the heart of southern small-town charm with the conveniences of city living. Each bedroom was created with comfort, relaxation, and given a name that fits its particular style. For example, Clean & Cozy is the quaint-essential cozy retreat for any day of the week. Refined Bohemian Refuge is a cross intersection of modern flair and the free-spirit feel of Bohemian relaxation. Ngozi Ubi (Blessed Garden) is the master bedroom and features a private en suite, separate shower, garden tub, walk-in closet, extra storage, sitting room, and dedicated workstation. Ngozi Ubi feels like a cross between a private spa and a warm day at the beach. It’s relaxation at its best.
Each room has a mirror, alarm clock with USB ports, private closet, dresser, smart TV, smart lock, plush bed and linens, and extra blankets. The two smaller rooms also have black out curtains.
The home also has a living room with a sofa sleeper, full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry room, private fenced in backyard with outdoor furniture, deck, charcoal grill, children play area, and plenty of seating options.
This home is perfect for traveling professionals, individuals, couples, or families with small children. The home’s max capacity is 8 persons.
*The home is not child proof. It does not have outlet covers, cabinets fasteners, corner cover protections or railings for the deck.

*The home has front and rear external video doorbells that are on and actively recording 24-hours. On the rear external of the house, there is an additional video security camera that is on and actively recording 24-hours. These cameras do send video, audio and still images. It is managed by an off-site alarm company and dispatches to local police or fire department when activated. The alarm system will be deactivated while guests are present. There are no video or recording devices inside home.

Hello and thank you for considering Ngozi Oasis. I'm Alis, a country girl from Atlanta with a bit of city flair. I'm semi-retired and looking forward to traveling. This property is my pride and joy. My daughter and I made it home several years ago and now it's a place you can call your vacation home. The name Ngozi means blessing in Igbo. I wanted to name my daughter Ngozi, but her dad said no. But, I was determined to name my home Ngozi instead as she is very dear to my heart.

This beautiful townhouse is located in a quiet, safe, and family-oriented community. It's nestled in the heart of southern small-town charm with the conveniences of city living. The town square, which is just minutes away, offers family and community-oriented activities, restaurants, shops, live music, art, and nighttime entertainment. The Atlanta Speedway, also close by, offers thrilling excitement and outdoor fun for the entire family. Additionally, we are surrounded by several parks, outdoor trails, farms, restaurants, Noah's Ark, Indian Springs, outlet shopping, and so much more. If you're craving a little more activity to tickle your fancy, no worries. We are conveniently located 30 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 25 minutes to Hartsfield Jackson Airport.

I had the unique pleasure of traveling allot, just before Covid. I stayed in beautiful hotels, visited breath-taking sites, and enjoyed meals under the sunlight. The feeling was infectious and I wanted to have that feeling everyday. With that in mind, my goal was to mimic the look and feel of those adventures in my home. To me, Ngozi Oasis is a peaceful, relaxing and comfortable space. I hope you think so too.
