Check In:
• Approved guests will arrive at the front desk for check in. The Club 36 staff will hold your luggage and you can use the amenities if you arrive early on your check in date. Your suite will be assigned by the front desk at check in and you will be given keys to access.
• The primary guest must be 21+ to check in (must match ID).
• A $100 refundable damage deposit will be collected at check in at the front desk (credit/debit card only). It will be returned assuming there are no damages to the suite
• Reservations 5 nights or longer may be relocated during the stay to a similar suite for housekeeping purposes
• Photos are provided by the resort and are a variety of suites at the resort. Your suite will be similarly designed and furnished but may vary slightly from the photos.

Parking: On site, one vehicle per villa. For oversize vehicles, please contact the resort for information on Las Vegas area accommodations.
Shuttle Service: Shuttle will depart every 30 minutes from 10 am to 11 pm and will stop only at Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino. Pick up at Planet Hollywood will be based on seating availability. ADA shuttle requests must be scheduled at least 2 hours in advance at the Front Desk. There will be no shuttle runs at 12:00 pm, 12:30 pm, 7:00 pm, and 7:30 pm.

Additional local transportation resources to the Las Vegas Strip:

Monorail: Closest pickup is at MGM Grand Resort Casino with stops at major Casino Resorts. All Day Passes Available for a fee.
Taxi and Rental Car: options available.

Day use policy:
Club owners not staying at the resort must call prior to arrival to ensure availability for day use. First priority given to resort occupants.
Deposit required:
Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization.
Construction:
09/25-09/29/2023 the indoor pool will be closed for repairs, access to Tropicana Las Vegas indoor pool available.
Through 10/31/2023, the Sun Deck is closed, undergoing renovation . Please expect construction noise. From 12/15/2023 - 03/31/2024, necessary major construction improvements and renovations is occuring to unit interiors and exteriors. Please expect accompanying noise.
Other notes:
Valid government-issued ID (driver's license, passport) required at check in.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.

• Club 36 is conveniently located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Getting Around:
• Please call the resort directly with questions regarding parking and checking in.

• Photos are not of the specific suite you are renting and your suite may vary slightly from the photos.
• You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.
• We will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.
• Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit.
