This room does not allow smoking. This is not a hotel room; it's a privately owned property. Just like you would your own house, please. We will try our best to resolve any concerns as quickly as they arise, but please be aware that there is never-round-the-clock staff on site.



Notice: Tile removal and flooring replacement at Bayview (elevator lobby and porte cochere entrance) will take place Mar 16–27, 2026. No work during quiet hours or weekends. Elevators will be closed and some pedestrian areas temporarily restricted during renovations.Note: The waterpark beyond the parking deck will not be accessible from this property.
