This condo at Navarre Towers is a perfectly relaxing family vacation destination! This beautiful property provides all the amenities you want, including a Gulf-side pool that is heated seasonally, an exercise room, tennis courts, and a picnic area with barbecue facilities. The grounds are lush and offer a well-maintained landscape. And the property is in the middle of the unspoiled and never overly crowded beaches of Navarre. This attractive complex on beautiful Navarre Beach is also gated for security and privacy!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo needs complete renovation. Carpets were stained and nasty. Master bed was the most uncomfortable as it had a huge dip in the mattress. The door wouldn’t lock and when we called Vacasa about it, we were told to wait until they came to fix it. We shouldn’t have to spend our vacation waiting for repairs to the unit. We will not book again.

Lovely location

As former residents of Navarre with family still living in the area, we make it a point to return every year. Let me begin with what we loved about the rental. The location of the condo is outstanding, offering easy and direct access to the beach. The pool was clean and inviting though we did wish for a bit more shaded seating to escape the midday sun. While the furniture was clearly dated and showed signs of wear, it was generally comfortable—except for the beds, which I’ll address shortly. We didn’t do much cooking during our stay, but the kitchen appeared well-stocked with all the essentials for meal preparation. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If you're not overly particular (as we tend not to be), you’ll likely enjoy this condo and all it has to offer. That said, there are definitely areas that could use some attention. The carpet throughout the unit was heavily stained and noticeably dirty—we felt uncomfortable walking on it barefoot. The patio furniture was in poor condition, with the lounge chair in such disrepair that it posed a real hazard. We were genuinely worried our grandson might injure himself on its rusted, jagged frame. The ceiling fan in the second bedroom wasn’t operational, which made that space less comfortable. As for the beds, we suspect the mattresses are quite old. They’ve been topped with memory foam to compensate, but we found the toppers uncomfortably soft and unsupportive—though, of course, mattress comfort is highly subjective. The towels, while plentiful, were rough and scratchy, more reminiscent of sandpaper than soft linens. Despite these issues, we would absolutely consider staying in this tower again—though likely in a different unit. We always have a lovely time in Navarre, and this trip was no exception. With some thoughtful updates, this condo has the potential to be truly exceptional. As it stands, the positives still outweigh the negatives.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Navarre Towers. This condo was extremely clean and well-maintained. It’s very spacious and has a lovely view. We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Keep scrolling don't rent

I could go on forever. Hair on all the linens, dirt and build up in corners of floors, mold 6 inches up the shower curtains, scum from last guest still present. Ice maker doesn't work and when i told managers they informed me it hasn't worked in years. Patio door tracks are so gummed with sand it took 2 grown adults to open the door. Getting in to room was ridiculous. Told we could get in between 12 and 3pm they would text us, but when i asked if room was ready they reminded me check in is at 4p. And there's less the biggest problem YOU NEVER TALK TO THE SAME PERSON. Spelling of getting in, 5 digits for front gate, 4 digit for beach gate and a whopping 10 digits for the door. Never in my life have there been 10 digits in a door code. Sticky funny feeling carpet. They said it was just cleaned and i stand firm carpet needs replaced. 2tvs did not work. Wifi was never available. And even though i made my complaints day i checked in, nothing happened until day before we checked out. It was a tues-sun. And even then nothing fixed just excuses and never an offer to discount refund or move us! Never rent unit managed by VACASA they are trash.

perfect location with a perfect beach view

Easy access to the beach and it is quieter than other areas of the beach. Plenty of parking. Easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas right there.

Another awesome time at the beach!!

Location was great and a new place we haven’t visited. The beach was beautiful and the turquoise beach water was amazing. Oh did I mention the beach was just beautiful! We will definitely go back! 😁

Navarre Stay

Overall stay was great. Condo could use updating but it was sufficient. The view was awesome! Location was great. Very few areas needed a little cleaning. TV doesn't work in one of the bedrooms. Patio doors don't lock but the condo is on the six floor. Great location right on the beach. The people managing the condo were awesome. I would stay again!

Quiet and relaxing

Everything in the unit worked fine. Listing showed 2 king beds but one was queen, not king. Unit is well stocked with standard kitchen appliances and utensils.

Nice condo

This is a nice, comfortable condo that fit our needs. Bathrooms were clean, but could use some updating. The furnishings are fine and kitchen was nicely stocked. The table & chairs on the balcony was appreciated and the sunrise view from the balcony was wonderful! We would stay here again when traveling to Navarre.
