Living Room
You will be delighted by the large family room that offers direct access to the pool and spa area. With a flat screen Smart TV and high speed WiFi, this area is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a busy day enjoying the nearby attractions.
Master Suite 1
This is a king bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and has direct access onto the pool deck. Room also features a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 2
This is double full size bedroom with spacious closet. Room also features a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3
Our third bedroom is a dedicated full and twin size bunk bed room that's perfect for children. For added convenience, we store a high chair and a “pack and play” if needed in the closet.
You can rest easy knowing that your little ones are comfortable and safe in our home. We've made sure to provide everything you might need to keep your kids occupied, from a flat-screen TV in the room, books to read plus plenty of board games and pool toys.
For added comfort, we also provide a nightlight for kids who are scared of the dark.
2nd Bathroom
This bathroom is for 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms, tub with shower. Hair dryer inside cabinet.
Laundry
Our vacation home offers a large washing machine and tumble dryer conveniently located near the garage/games room. We also provide complimentary detergent pods for your convenience. So kick back, relax, and enjoy your stay without the hassle of finding a laundromat.

We want you to feel at home during your stay with us, and we're more than happy to accommodate you in any way we can. As mentioned before, Publix, Aldi, and Walmart grocery stores are conveniently located within 3 miles of the property for any additional needs you may have.
Our vacation rental offers a BBQ rental for only $100 for your entire stay!
It comes with a full tank of gas and is the perfect addition to any outdoor gathering. To ensure availability, we kindly ask that you request and pay for the rental before your arrival. This way, we can have it ready for you to use as soon as you get settled in.
We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is 9 as stated in the ad, an additional $30 fee is requested after the 7th additional guest.
Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediatelv and incur an additional charge of $50 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.
PARKING: Driveway parking is available. There is no garage indoor parking available.

Check in: 3 pm.
Early check-ins (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-in time is 3 pm. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a $200 fine.
Check out: 11 am.
Late check-out (when possible): Must always be authorized by Host.
Official check-out time is 11 am.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $100 fine for delay within the first hour after the official check-out time.
HOUSE RULES:
- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
This is also the Community policy as well as Airbnb rule. Noncompliance will result in immediate termination of the reservation, without refund, and the eviction process will immediately commence.
Furthermore, there will be an additional charge of $50 per day per unauthorized Guest that is detected without host permission.
- NO SMOKING
You can't smoke inside the house or open the windows. In case of non-compliance, a $300 fine will be charged.
- NO PETS
We do not allow pets and the default carries a fine of $300.
- The pool cleaner will enter the backyard and service the pool every Monday.
We take cleanliness and sanitation seriously, so the cleaner helps us maintain the pool's quality for your comfort and enjoyment.
The pool cleaner typically enters the backyard quickly and is barely noticeable, so you won't even know they're there.
Mid-stay indoor cleaning services during your reservation can be requested for an additional fee.
