The drive up is a typical mountain road for the area, though it is fully paved all the way up, which is a big advantage compared to many cabins nearby. Cell service can be limited in the mountains depending on your provider, but our Wi-Fi is typically very reliable. If anything ever seems off, just let us know. We’re always happy to jump in and help quickly. We’ll be checking the doors to make sure everything is working properly. The hot tub is positioned as a separate outdoor space to take advantage of the setting- most of our guests love that deck but understand it was not your preferred set up. The water appearance was related to a temporary well issue, not cleanliness, and this has since been fully resolved. As soon as we were notified, we sent someone out right away to address it, though we understand the timing impacted your ability to enjoy it as intended. Regarding the outdoor areas, pollen can build up quickly here, especially during certain times of year, but we appreciate the feedback and are reinforcing checks to make sure those spaces are as guest-ready as the interior. For future guests, the guidebook (including WiFi details) is provided with check-in instructions, and we’re always happy to assist if anything is hard to access. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and are always working to improve the experience for our guests.
