Welcome to the Boujee Pelican, perfectly perched on a corner lot to offer unobstructed views of the ship channel and front row seats to amazing sunsets.

Located near the dog park and the birding center, Boujee Pelican is true to its name. It offers parking for up to 6 vehicles (or 2 vehicles and a boat trailer up to 21 feet in length), and it's in the golf cart zone. Enjoy outdoor seating and dining in the front drive as well. Or go on into the downstairs area and enjoy a game room, stackable laundry, half bath and an extra refrigerator for all of your beach snacks and drinks.

Head upstairs to enter the main floor of Boujee Pelican; however, the seats awaiting your arrival will pull you in to watch the ships pass by in the ship channel or if the sun is setting, it will take your breath away. As you enter Boujee Pelican, you'll see that it has been professionally designed, finished and furnished for guests who want to stay in luxury, beauty and comfort on your Port Aransas Beach Vacation.

The well stocked kitchen is made for those who love to cook with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine. The bar is perfect for those who love to stay out of the kitchen but who want to enjoy some summertime drinks while watching others cook or relax in the living area.

The living space is extremely comfortable, and it offers a Queen size sleeper sofa. There is a hallway full bathroom. For the 2 bedrooms, you'll have a Queen Bed with twin over twin bunk bed, and the 2nd bedroom is a private King Bedroom Ensuite with private bathroom. Every room offers guests the perfect detail, comfort and style of being a home away from home with a luxury feel.

As beautiful and comfortable as the interior offers guests, you'll fall in love with the backyard space, with a large private pool, a cabana covered seating with party lights, and a fish cleaning station. It's hard to beat the outdoor space at Boujee Pelican.

Home Truths:
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Parking Details:
- Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles depending on the size.
- Boat parking is allowed approx 21-25 ft boat size.
- Golf cart parking is allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
