The space:
‪This is apartment #3. Petite one bedroom apartment with all the amenities of a home. This original 1886 School house was converted and renovated in 2015 to darling apartments.

‪You’ll love my place because it is tastefully updated to modern amenites with Victorian finishes. Very open floorplan with kitchen and living area.‬ It also comes with a private, one-car garage.

‪Kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave.‬

‪Living Room has a smart TV, couch and chair.‬

‪Washer and Dryer are in the laundry room by the courtyard.‬

‪Bedroom is a queen size bed, closet and dresser.‬

‪The kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen supplies, including a keurig coffee maker.‬

‪This unit is pet friendly. But we do require a non-refundable $250 pet fee due at the time of check in. If you have a pet, please let us know when you book and we can determine payment method.

‪Wireless Internet and all utilities are included.‬

‪We are a 10 minute walk to Coors Field,and a short car ride or Uber to Union Station, Convention Center, Pepsi Center and Mile High Stadium.‬

‪The beautiful courtyard in the back has tables and rocking chairs; and is a wonderful place to relax outdoors.‬

‪My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.‬

Guests have full use of the apartment. There is a shared patio/garden area in the back of the house with several chairs. This is where smoking is allowed.

We provide one-car off street parking in a private garage that is detached.
