The Annex ; a cosy 3 bedroom abode

The Annex is a quaint home on Brant Ave corridor in Brantford. With a Maximum stay of 26 nights possible

It is located 5 minutes from Highway 403 and conveniently situated near Laurier university, the Brantford General hospital, stores, restaurants, casino, golf courses and sports complex.

The Annex is a few minutes walk to the Brantford train station and not far from downtown bus depot.

There is a main floor kitchen, dinning and sitting area.

The kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, oil, salt and pepper). We have a full-size oven, a large fridge, and countertop appliance. You will find pots and pans, baking dishes, drinking glasses, dinnerware, cutlery, dish soap and dish towels

The main floor also has a designated office space for you to get some quiet work done.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a lounge and a full bathroom. There is an AC window unit in the upstairs lounge only.

Its a place for family stay-cations, friends & friend events in the area, and long-term executive rental or business trips. 4 people can stay at one price!!!

WiFi is available throughout the entire house.

You have Free Laundry; washer & dryer located on the main floor with complementary detergents.

The Annex is all yours. This is your private No Smoking space. Lockbox entry code will be provided prior to your check-in.

When you arrive at the property, drive through the side driveway, and you will see The Annex at the end of the parking lot

You will have 1 parking spot in the parking lot and one on the street.

Parking is free

The area is family friendly, please be always respectful of neighbors. We require guests to read through the house rules, posted on the fridge.

The home is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well ventilated after each check-out.

If you need to check in earlier than 3:00 PM, we have $30 extra fee for quicker cleaningThere is a $65 fee per pet per stay. Please bring your own pet supplies and cleaning materials and make sure that you clean up after your pet, if accidents happen. Thank you. .

We understand that things brake and accidents happen, it's part of life, However if the damages are costing us more than $100 we will request you to cover the cost.
